Stayed here for one night but all their staff were great and very friendly. Very clean room nice comfortable bed and nice hot shower.Hotel has great location to food and highway. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

This was a nice hotel with nice and clean rooms. The pool was just ok but not that important so all in all we had a great stay and will love to come back and stay there again. 
We will recomend this hotel to other guests. 

Nice

I never stayed at place more dirtier then this one.. After I notified the management that I will have my kids staying with me they gave me a smoking room which I didn't know until I walked into it. First thing as i opened the door was a bad smell of cigarettes that's when I knew it was a smoking room. Lucky kids where still in school and not with me at that time. After a quick look around with my wife we started to notice other things that were unsanitary for the room, which was burned cigarettes holes on the bed covers , dirty  air filter cover for the air conditioner, and dirty ironing board with no iron whats the point of having that. Then i made my way to the restroom which got worse the light switch looks like nobody ever  cleaned it or wiped it down, the bathtub floor was really dirty like then don't know what comet or ajax is, shower rack rails had dirty  finger marks on them and the towels that they  put in there look like someone used them and folded them an put them back to be used again. After we found all these things I started to take pictures to show management. The manager then said that the room is brand new and that. Nothing he can do, which is a big load of you know. He said that he can't give me a discount or move me to a different room and that I don't need to show him any pictures of room and that I don't need to posting reviews about this situation.  So with that being said I forced to stay in this unfit and unsanitary room because he don't want to give me my money back or switch rooms.. so I want everyone to know what I have to go though before u consider staying here this place is a definitely no go unless you have no other option witch there is plenty of other places you can stay at then here.

Dirty room and unsanitary for kids

 Absolute morons, they call me to check into my room, telling me I had to get there before 8:00PM or they would give my room away. I made a reservation seven days before to make sure I would get a room, specifically a non-smoking room. I show up at the hotel at 7:30 PM and they tell me the only room they have is a smoking room. I told him that I specifically requested a non-smoking room and he said too bad. He says “We have another hotel  3 miles away“ so he called and they had a non-smoking room available. He tells me I have to cancel the reservation that he cannot do it, I’m standing in front of him at the window at the hotel, why do I need to call somebody else and cancel the reservation? Morons!

Morons

Worst customer service EVER! ! These people care NOTHING about you as a person, only your money. My husband had to stay for a few days here, and these were the RUDEST, most ABNOXIOUS people you can possibly imagine. He was already going through a really rough time due to separate circumstances, having to deal with these people too, was too much. Sleep in the gutter before you wind up here, PLEASE! Places like this, are usually a front for illegal activity. Also, FILTHY carpet, and pretty much no breakfast, to boot!

NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed here overnight during thanksgiving ..I would have rather  slept  OUTSIDE! !!! I slept on top of the covers because  I was scared to get under them..
