The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, They recommended some excellent dining options that turned out to be fabulous. Center of town was only one block away. We had to call front desk since the tv was so new we had no idea how to operate it. They came in a minute and spent a good half hour teaching us how to operate it. We had a nice room with no complaints!!

Excellent location for Restaurants within a block away

Hotel is in the middle of multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.

Only 20 minutes to the Baseball Hall of Fame with one red light. Mattress and box spring have been updated and provided an excellent nights sleep. We had a pet and could not beat the price and found this hotel on our way to Cooperstown. We did have to change the batteries on the remote but they had them available. This was a great find in a quiet area, very nice staff and close to stores, restaurants and points of interest. Thank you for all the memories!

Great stay in the winter, many fond memories

The lake was frozen enough for ice fishermen to be all over the lake, a beautiful site.
Our room had very fast internet for streaming after we got used to all the TV features. Rooms have been gone over with new mattress and box springs and were very comfortable. In the morning our car would not start and the manager use his car to jump our battery so we could be on our way. We came away with fond memories and will be back.

Many fond memories at the Lake House

We went to our friends wedding in Jordanville. The townhouse was only 10 minutes away and it was perfect for us.  Our friends had a room also and we had a great time together.  There was enough space for us to enjoy a relaxing time together when we got back from the wedding. We needed more towels but the stafff brought more immediately. 

Great time.  Very comfortable and quiet 

Came for a family reunion at the old family farm. Hotel was perfect for family to stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. One guest had a tv problem and was fixed fast. We are planning the next reunion around September of next year using the Baseball Hotel.

Baseball Hotel was perfect for reunion

We have been going to the Baseball Hotel for years. The first time we went, we fell in love with the hotel itself. It is so welcoming with the wonderful antiques, lighting, hardwood floors, clean rooms, great food and the very friendly staff. We always feel so welcome and that they are actually happy to see us. The place has great furniture, is really warm and intimate and there's a fantastic restaurant that serves excellent food.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baseball Hotel in Richfield Springs The facility is clean, cozy and the staff is very welcoming. The location is a small resort lakeside stay near Cooperstown, NY. We had a very comfortable stay and it met our needs. We were about 12 miles from Cooperstown which was our destination for the purpose of visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Jewel by the Lake

We stayed close to Cooperstown for the winter carnival and had great lake access to watch all the activities on the ice. This  Hotel is run by a friendly and generous lady Chris, who wants to make your stay fun and comfortable. She went out of her way to look up local wineries and restaurants for us. The room was pretty, the place was clean, and breakfast was delicious! We plan a return trip!

Wonderful stay for Winter Carnival in Cooperstown.

Neat and inviting place near the center of this historic town. It is near Cooperstown and a great experience for the simple life and the excitement of the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame within a twenty minute ride.
