The owner personally checked us in and ensured we were happy from check-in to check-out. The room was super clean. Plus well stocked with all the normal items. This place is worthy of 5 stars due to the overall value. We would stay here again and do recommend.

A+ / great Customer Service / Clean Room

room and lobby were clean & modern, staff friendly & helpful. Room clean, bed very comfy, plenty of pillows. overall great experience. It looks ugly from outside but they maintained a good condition from inside for the last 12 years. I have been staying here since 2007.

great stay

I had a really great experience at this property. Towels and sheets are really clean and white compared to other budget motels in town. I regularly go through a Riverton, stayed in every budget hotel in Riverton but this I found modern and very clean and quiet.

reasonable price

I was there for a week and i was getting room service everyday. i never seen hotel with this cheap price giving a room service every day also rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms are the best ever. The Wi-Fi worked great. And very reasonable rates.

great cleaning staff

when i first got there i thought it would be bad inside due its really old dingy color from outside. Then front desk clerk showed the room, and i realised that don't judge the book by it's cover.it's looks old from outside but from inside it's really clean and new.

worth every Penny

We only stayed on night on our way to Yellowstone but we think we’ll come back on the way back . It’s a super good deal, the rooms are clean,tv, hairdryer, ac, and a shower with „power“ .
The only negative thing was that the WiFi wasn’t working.

Very good for this price !

Price is great compaired to other hotels in town.  Room was clean and comfortable and I would stay hear again.  Door lock was odd to figure out, security lock on inside was broken.  Remote did not work, could turn TV on and off but could not control volume or change channels.  Breakfast was walfells and drinks, did not see anything else. 

Budget Hotel

We stayed here on our way to see family.  The rooms were clean. The price was very affordable.  You get what you pay for.  The owner was kind and easy to work with.  No breakfast but that's probably due to Covid.  The location was great.

Decent

I hate to complain, but this was another room where we just didn't feel like taking our bags into the room. I feel like I should be thankful for something here. Oh, yes. They had a very nice ice machine.

Bags don't go in.

Arrived late after coming from Grand Tetons NP. Alec checked us in. First we had to wait for him to come to his window (because it was after hours). Then he tells me water will be shut off at 7am and he didn’t realize he had a late arrival or he would have called us to see if we wanted to cancel. Since I used points  to book I mentioned that I would contact choice rewards to see if I could get points back. He proceeded to bully me to refuse service and cancel my reservation if I contacted choice hotels since he wouldn’t get paid. Eventually he check me in as an “upgrade” but all we really got was another bed we didn’t need, ripped furniture and the room closest to the highway. No breakfast in the morning even though the office window still had posted breakfast hours.
