For the love of all things holy, avoid this place at all costs.
Stephanie, the front desk worker is one of the rudest employees that I have ever encountered in my life in any industry.
This facility is the lowest economy accommodation that I’ve ever stayed at.
I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, there was a multitude of homeless people congregating about.
They really weren’t an issue nor were the unsavoury clientele lurking about the parking lot at all hours, it was the front desk worker who was the most disrespectful of all.
The bedding had a stench that smelled of other patron’s heads. I had requested that the linens be changed, however, that did not happen.
Stephanie, the front desk worker, made it appear as though I had done something wrong in assuming that I had a room for the evening. My reservation had been prepaid for two nights, however, she met me with instant indignation.
You truly get what you pay for.
Clearly, this establishment gets what they pay for when it comes to the help at the front desk.


Hell on Earth

We stayed here for more than a week and enjoyed our stay very much. We originally booked a week, but ended up adding a couple days a few times. The staff were very helpful when adding more nights to our stay, and they offered plenty of blankets and towels. The hotel was kept clean and tidy. And they even had newly stocked vending machines that we used frequently. They were having a key card issue and gave us a discount on our pet fee. On top of all that, no one complained about our noisy dogs, and the hotel hallways always seemed quiet.

Nice rooms, friendly and accommodating staff

Carla the manager was so rude and told me no to a refund. The bed had pubic hairs on it. No power we trie Sri stick it out but just left. She called me a liar that there was no power at tye hotel even though the office was closed and the office ladies were outside and leaving. Before she told me no refund she hung up and was awful. Would not even listen to me talk. I said how do you no there was no power if you weren’t there! She had nothing to say so she hung up.. there were so many people outside and some were yelling and screaming at the walls and punch them. The side doors wouldn’t open. As soon as we checked in we left to get food then came back and started to eat then no power so we left .No one was in the office to check out so I had to call and spoke to someone. I just can’t believe the way they handle things or talk to people. She also said said it’s not her problem what the outside or inside looks like?? I’d you are the manager it is most certainly your job! There were cops watching the place. I would’ve recommend this place at all. Even a lady with her baby was there and the baby was just crying.

We had to leave due to NO power at the hotel

Fire door latches and door closers are missing from at least 3 doors. Valet cart had flat tires, with tubes protruding out of the side of the tire. The key card system is a total unreliable joke. The atmosphere of the entire facility was dreary to put it mildly.

Glad to be out of there

Staff was great. Room clean. Great location near lots of shopping areas…. Ms Karla and Ms Karen we’re very kind. Always saw them cleaning the public areas and elevator. Few sketchy people but what can you do. Will stay again

Let me start off by stating that I am super impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Especially Temerilla. She made sure that I was fully accommodated throughout the duration of my stay and she answered all of my inquiries. I will be visiting again!

Great Service

When you reserve the hotel online, you see a nice renovated room that’s part of a great hotel chain with good reviews for this particular location. In reality, once you open the door to your room, you get what could only be described as something out of a documentary about heroin junkies and prostitutes. It’s absolutely awful and makes me miserably depressed. My first room was so bad I had to immediately asked to be transferred to another which wasn’t much of a step up. The Plano WoodSpring gives you free WiFi, all the pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, etc... Here you have to pay almost 50$ for the whole package of amenities. Pay for WiFi too. They give you one towel that’s the size of a dish cloth. There’s literally people living permanently in a lot of the rooms and on every level, you can hear children crying. What is scary is you don’t hear the parents trying to help the kids which makes me think something bad is happening in some of these rooms. I was kept up till 11pm from a baby crying next door and it doesn’t help the walls are paper thing and there’s no full seal on the door into your room. It’s absolutely filthy feeling and I’m afraid to set anything down. The hallways smell like body odor and sadness. It is the worst case of false advertising I’ve ever encountered and I can only hope anyone reading this, will stray away. Go to the Plano location! The rooms actually look like what was promised, you don’t pay for the small things and it’s the same price as this drug den room. I’ve been catfished by women online but this is the first time I’ve ever been catfished by a hotel and definitely the last. If you’re looking for a hotel to score some dope, wait outside long enough and some of the “fine” looking residents might be able to help you. Don’t be fooled by the fact that the hotels in Rockwall.

Stay AWAY

I recently stayed at this location and I must say that the customer service in this place was amazing. The staff was so friendly and really welcomed us. The lobby though small smelled so clean and fresh. During our stay we would see the staff disinfecting the door handles and elevator. We really appreciated the way the staff is cleaning often especially with everything going on. Any issue that I had Ms Karla would take care of it immediately. Housekeeping staff was always so nice. Grace was exceptional. I will definitely be coming back. This really was a home away from home.

Great stay

The staff is amazing!! Rooms and environment are very clean and quite. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in town!! This is a great place to stay!! The price is definitely responsible for the area!!

AMAZINGLY!!

The rooms are setup like college dorms in the late 90s/early 2000s. Very unacceptable. They have cot beds in which the sheets & comforter were stained and dirty. There was even a critter in my bed. Why is this place highly rated when it shouldn’t be available for people to book?
