We came for the scenery and the experience. We left feeling taken care of and having a comfortable place to stay while enjoying life. The staff was super helpful; we could borrow sleds for visiting White Sands and not have to purchase them. The little things that count.

Fun Stay

My family of three stayed at Pinecliff Village for 7 nights in October and enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Much more pleasant and comfortable than a cramped hotel room. Our unit had 2 nice size bedrooms, a living area with a large tv, plenty of seating, dinning area and a well equipped kitchen with all the basic dinning and cooking needs. Just like at home!!! Cooking - in made our stay more comfortable. The property is conveniently located with easy access to anywhere you might need to go. The staff, Tracy, Anna and  Angelique are awesome. They are very pleasant an helpful with local interests and seasonal activities. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Every single member of the staff whom we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable for the area, and extremely pleasant.  EVERY SINGLE ONE!!  We were especially pleased that Pinecliiff Village allows dogs which made it perfect for us.  the pool is nice and its water temperature was just right.  the place is "old style", but everything is kept up very well, and we had a wonderful unit to stay in.  Lots to do nearby with the town of Ruidoso and the surrounding mountain areas.  We were very, very pleased with our stay there.

Just what We Needed

If you want to stay someplace that is ill maintained and subpar to say the least, then this is the place for you! Staff doesn't care, maintenance is a joke,  and the toilet leaks. Never again. Worst time share I've ever stayed at..

Stay away! 

Upkeep of the unit was terrible. Needed a good cleaning of entrance area.  Vertical blinds were broken(very old) Baseboard heat register rusted badly.  Towels were old and frayed. Entrance area had a lot of weeds.

Below Expectations

First visit to Ruidoso with our family. This will likely be an annual event. We will likely stay at Pinecliff Village Resort any and every time we go!  Wonderful staff and the amenities were perfect!  I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here! 

Great place to stay

We are timeshare owners at Pinecliff Village. There has never been a better time to be a guest or owner at this facility. The staff is far better than its ever been before, and the units are clean and comfortable. This has been our "go to" place for relaxation, and there's no reason to believe that will change. We highly recommend Pinecliff Village to anyone seeking a wonderful/fun/relaxing weekend, week, or any other sort of getaway.

Always a wonderful time in Ruidoso, New Mexico

We stayed there for two nights. The first night we came back to the room and staff had been in our unit turning out the lights while we were gone. We checked out on Sunday and got about an hour away and realized my boyfriend had left his wallet on the nightstand. We came back for it knowing we had 100% left it there and it was gone. The guy in the office seemed very unconcerned and was like "I don't know what to tell you." We will never staythere again. I highly advise staying there. They are thieves.

Don't go here.

We enjoyed our stay. It is an older place. The bathroom is tight, it's hard to use for big & tall people. Kitchen is not roomy. The beds where hard in the 2 room unit we stayed in downstairs.  The staff was all very friendly and helpful (we talked to at least 4/5 different people). I received an email that stated that they are rustic. 
They are dated and rustic but they are not shady about it, they do not deny it at all. I would stay again. For someone like me, that's used to tent camping for a month at a time most of my life, this is pretty nice. Lol

Rustic but nice...

Pinecliff Village was a really noce play to stay. Offers an outstanding view of the scenery. The staff is very corteous. We stayed for 2 days/nights and it was very peaceful. Only downside was the shower head being too low and the bed being super firm.
