I am currently working at the Salinas Fire right now and staying at good nite inn. I just want to take the time to thank a young lady that has been sweet since the first day I met her. I come back tired and exhausted and she seems to have a vibe that makes your day get better. I just want to say thank you Isabel for making my evenings a little brighter.

My family and I would like to take the time to say thank you to the girl at the front desk Isabel. Everytime we come here she takes good care of us and knows us by name. We come from Mexicali every so often and call her for our reservation for the best price. My mother likes to bring her gifts for being so polite and friendly. The rooms are now new and are much nicer now. The customer service is good from Isabel. Not sure about the rest, because we wait to check in when she gets here. Good nite inn we thank you for having Isabel as your check in person and for allowing my family and I have a good stay with you.

Thanks for the hospitality

I come with my boyfriend every weekend and Isabel has always treated us like we are at home. She already knows what we like and makes sure we are comfortable. Rooms are getting renewed and are looking good. Thank you good nite inn for having a beautiful person working in reception that knows her customers and has the best service anyone can ask for. Very funny and great personality. If something is wrong in the room Isabel always fixes it. We will be coming back Everytime we can.

I would like to take the time to thank Isabel for her awesome personality and for taking great care of my needs from the first time I spoke to her on the phone. Isabel gave me exact directions to where I needed to be from the hotel, and an estimate on how much an uber would cost. I asked for the high level floor and got that when I arrived. Luckily, Isabel was there to check me in! Rooms are under major upgrades, which I was also told over the phone, and looked like parking is Very limited. It worked for me tho. Once again thank you Isabel, and GoodNite Inn for having the most beautiful service person. J B

Great service from Ms Isabel

My girlfriend and I have been going to this hotel for the past year or so. Everytime there was one person who stood out and always treated us like family. Isabel is the most upbeat person Ive ever encountered at a hotel. From the first time I had booked thru Expedia and she made me aware of good nite inn’s website which has saved me a few bucks. I Either book thru their site, or call directly. Isabel greets me as I Enter the office, and knows my name. She already knows what my girl likes, and makes our stay much more comfortable than at any other places that just give you a key and send you on your way. I would like to thank you Isabel for your great service and for always making my girl and I laugh, and for making us feel like we are at home. Oh, also...the office ALWAYS smells clean when you’re there. 👍🏻 We will see you again soon.
