Motel 6 in Salusbury is more like a Hotel than a Motel.  Aaimie the manager is very empathetic & attentive. The employees are helpful and friendly ,namingly Esmeralda. She is professional and kind. The motel is extremely clean, and centrally located to everything you may need. I had a lengthy stay and Aaime is truly an Angel from heaven. I highly recommend if you need a place in Salisbury, Motel 6 is the best place in town. 

Motel 6 Salisbury MD. Home away from Home.

The room was clean and suitable for 1 night.  The only issues was their internet service.  I wouldn't post about it if it was an isolated issue.  I stayed at the hotel in April and Wi-Fi was spotty at best.  I know, not the end of the world, but I needed it for my phone, laptop and their TV's. I chalked it up to an isolated issue.  I stayed again in May.  This time it was a nightmare.  WiFi was up and down all night, mostly down.  I went to the front desk requesting the password for WiFi and was told everything runs on the unprotected guest WiFi and that they did not have a password for the WiFi Motel 6. The front desk woman said she didn't know what the problem was it was perfect the day before.  I guess she didn't realize I was there the previous month and it was an issue then.  I would recommend if you need internet access for anything to stay elsewhere.

Hope You Don't Need Wifi Access

First of all the staff, was very rude, especially up at the front office. Second, I could not sleep, because of the constant noise and loud music,coming from upstairs, from people that when you got close to them, smelled like a damn skunk. Last of all the bed, was extremely uncomfortable, and felt like I was sleep on a bed, made out of rocks. Never again, will come again to this place, I rather pay a little more to stay somewhere else, like Country Inn or Comfort Suites. Another thing too, there no coffee available anywhere at the hotel, what a damn sorry excuse for a motel.

"The Most Crappiest Hotel I Ever Stayed At, In My Life"

I was tired, traveling to FL with a Service Dog, and had already been refused at another motel, so I was very happy to meet Solomon at the check in counter. He was very helpful in securing me a non smoking first floor room, and I cannot thank him enough. It was very reasonable, but most of all, clean!!

Room was very clean

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here for my husband's job. We've stayed in alot of hotels and I have been in hotel management for years so I know how to clean a room and when we stay I clean our room, making it easier on housekeeping and to ensure none of our personal items are bothered. Well this hotel demanded access to our room even though we were currently utilizing the room and needed no cleaning or services. They were snotty,  rude and just unprofessional. Being in hotel management I've never seen any of this behavior constitute as "policies" especially for a mediocre hotel. Nothing great about the cleanliness that demand you get. Our room had absolutely no amenities besides a fridge and a microwave. No coffee and no breakfast that they advertise either. I'll take my money elsewhere next time. Lesson learned.

Front staff is rude and demanding.

This is a pet friendly multi floor property, with closed access through the lobby & hallway access door only, a safety feature, with plenty of on site free paved parking, located in the center of suburban business district with the the Mall and stores like Macy’s at the US13 Bypass end and stores like Walmart, Sam’s Club at the US13 Business end and every store and restaurant imaginable in between, all convenient, located at 2615 North Salisbury Road, Salisbury, MD 21801, 410-749-5131.  The front desk is efficiently run, helpful, and overall the property is well maintained.  Our room was very clean, fairly large, with a 42” flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, in wall cool and quiet AC, queen bed, desk, end tables and an overhead light above the bed.  The room was comfy and quiet as was the motel.

Salisbury Boulevard off US13 by Sam’s Club, Walmart, & the Mall (Macy’s)!

Bare Bones and Cheap is what this is. I gave it an average in comparison to other cheap options.  I typically don't stay in limited service hotels and I would never ever consider a Motel 6 but I had to go to OC for a tournament for my son and we found out at the last minute.  OC was averaging $200 - $300 more than this place.  Our team booked 15 rooms and this was our one and only option unless we were paying alot more.  I was extremely hesitant about staying, but I had to support my son and the team.  I arrived with clorox wipes and Lysol in hand expecting the worst.  The reviews of this place are terrible. The person at the desk however was very nice,  the hallway did smell like noodles and spices but looked clean.  I opened the door to the room and was surprised to find a small but clean room.  No frills at all but it did have a mini fridge, Flat panel tv and  microwave. Again fearing the worst I checked the floors, under the bed, the bedding and bathroom.   I wiped down the bathroom and fixtures with the wipes just for piece of mind, but honestly the room was clean.  The hotel is in an excellent location.  Tons of shopping, restaurants, movie theater and about 30-40 minutes from Ocean City.  Would not be my regular go to spot but in a pinch this place works.  Who knows I may have been lucky this time but I would risk it again if my options were limited.

Bare Bones Cheap!!

This is the worst piece of crap motel I have ever stayed at.  It was dirty and smell like mold. I booked for 3 night after the firts night I had to leave and get my money back,  also they put their Muslim bible on top of the american bible. Save your money on somewhere else.
