We came in late to see our dying son and was greeted by this stink hole and no alternative.  The only thing good was the bed and A/C, the rest reminded me of 1960s Motel 6.  You were SUPPOSED to bring your OWN towels, soap, etc.!!!   Where on the Web page does it say that???  You only get WEEKLY maid service!  there was MOLD in the bathroom, so needless to say we only stayed in the room to sleep, then left early after our son died.  By the way, the desk clerk was as snotty as she could possibly be, especially since we ask for a 1st floor when we reserved the room 2 days before we got there.There was NO RESPONSE saying there were no rooms on the first floor available during the 2 days before our arrival.  We are 84 and 80 years old and had to carry our baggage up a flight and daily walk those stairs because we needed a large bed because I needed to comfort my wife during our son's death.

I had to stay here with my 2 year old son and it was HELL! I'm not a high maintenance person, but the carpet seemed like it hasn't been washed/cleaned in decades! I wouldnt walk barefoot so try keeping a 2yo off the carpet or with shoes on while in the room! Just a headache!! There was a roach here and there. The sheets were ones that I wouldn't even use as a spare in my own house...cigarette holes everywhere and stains. You get a full kitchen but no utensils what so ever because supposedly they were always stolen (so imagine the type of place it is). The cleaning lady Marty was super nice and friendly and probably the only positive thing about this place. I will not be staying here again....rather sleep in my car!

very dirty room, with smoking smell, the bed sheet was dirty. I don't know if the AC have some problem but have a smell very bad. Is cheap but the experience is not good. look for an other place to stay even more if you are traveling with kids

We were traveling with a group and the trip organizer's mission was to find the cheapest place to stay. We checked in and checked out almost immediately. While the place was probably as clean as it could be given its age, the room was shabby. The pillows were flat and coated with a worn, cracked plastic. Germphobes and clean freaks will not be pleased with their accommodations. We left the group and found another place to stay.

Yikes

Ok, budget I get. But this, no. I woke to use the restroom, turned my phone flashlight app on to not wake my family and the roaches scattered in every direction. Running under fridge, above cabinets, behind the nightstand directly located next to the bed. Ugh. No.

Spend the extra $10-20 and don't stay here!

Also, free WiFi is a joke. Self-serve laundry is allocated to a specific day and it's a sketchy area.

We stayed for 7 nights.  Beds were not totally uncomfortable but pillows were plastic that was hugely cracked.  We asked for more towels but the 2 small towels and 2 wash cloths are the only ones you get.  Extra toilet paper or soap is not provided. Kleenex or paper towels for the kitchen are not provided so plan to do a shopping trip for all the misc.  We checked in on Monday and our room was only cleaned on Wed. Clean sheets put on the beds and garbage emptied.  That was it!  The bathroom was not cleaned and our dirty towels were still there.  Many of the other rooms seemed to be filled with people of questionable character...pot smoking, etc.
