The service at the InTown Suites at Bandera Road and Grissom is horrendous. Continuous noises day and night. The last day that I stayed there, after 24 hours of noise, I informed the manager that I was checking out, he told one of the maintenance personnel to let me know that I had about an hour to remove my things. While in the process,  my purse and a couple of bottles of water were all that was left, the manager deactivated the entrance card so that I had to run around to get someone to let me in. You don’t want to stay here. There are better places to stay, for less money.

InTown is The Circus You Want To Avoid 

The accommodations are located in NE San Antonio.  It’s NOT real old  and worn down. The rooms are clean and comfortable with full refrigerator, small two burner electric stove top, microwave and roomy enough for short to medium  stay.  Plenty of restaurants , fast food, and a major grocery store  within walking distance or very short drive.  It is located on a very busy street, not real noisy but traffic noise can be heard if your room is facing the Main Street.  Be aware it is difficult to reserve a one to three day stay, a week is the minimum time that is generally available. It has three floors and plenty of parking. Police patrol area moderately .  All in all good accommodations , a little pricey;  30 day stay is approximately $1800.  Laundry room availed and clean. Maintenance service generally avail if things break.  Finally, there are a few people who live there as a home.  Pretty quiet most of the time. All rooms are entered from outside with standard electronic key lock and dead lock from inside.

A good place for contractors and workers wanting more than a hotel room

This has got to be the most HORRIBLE shady hotel chain I've EVER experienced!! Checked in at 8pm, saw the dead roach smashed on the ac unit. Thought, well maybe that's it UNTIL we ordered a pizza and THREE MINUTES LATER saw a roach on my glass of tea. Eww. Granddaughter reached for a second piece of pizza and there was a roach in the box! Ewww again! Opened up the fridge and dammit, a bunch of dead baby roaches! Then, after I'd paid for 8 days l heard Efrin? from the one on Nacogdoches in San Antonio say they just evicted a guy from room 136 after they found bullet proof vests, loaded guns and ammunition in his room. Can you say mass shooter??!! And after ALL THIS, no refund, no partial refund, no NOTHING. Wouldn't even give me the name of the regional manager (Mark McFee) or number because the number of the regional manager of a huge hotel chain is "private". Roaches and loaded gunmen are just par for the course l guess. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT'S DISGUSTING. Roach infested, unscrupulous and unsavory people (saw drug deal being made) including manager Efrin.

Bed bugs in rooms #318 and #336. I had bite marks all over my body and I killed a bed bug myself, still management refused a refund and wanted me to continue to stay in the room. Very unproffesional company.

Stay away from this place.

I reserved a room within this location prior to travel. Upon arrival the first room assigned was filthy, the sheets were stained, the couch was stained, and the floor appeared to have been mopped with a dirty mop. I called the "General Manager" and she recommended we switch rooms. Upon entering the second room the bed was disheveled and there were hairs in the mattress. I immediately called the "General Manager" to inspect the room and her exact words were "Let me refund your card because it isn't going to get any better." I understand this is NOT a five star hotel, but basic cleanliness is expected.

The Worse Place Ever

This is the best hotel apartment in San Antonio, Texas. If you travel with your family with not so much money in your pocket, In Town Suites will be one of the best choice. This hotel apartment offer a very tidy and clean rooms and kitchenete that fits your need. The environment is very clean and safety. Their reception for us was so kind. This hotel apartment is totally different with some of it's kind in Texas which sometimes too demanding for your stay cost and administration. I will recommend In Town Suites for whom need best service and best management apartment in San Antonio.

Best Hotel Apartment in San Antonio

To whom it may concern,
 My husband and I went to San Antonio to participate in my sons graduation from Lakeland Air Force Base. We wanted to be by the Riverwalk so we chose this hotel ... We also have points to use. We got there Wednesday and left on a Monday. Last year this hotel was given a certificate of excellent. I think someone needs to go back there and recheck this hotel. First off.. No where to park.. Forced to have them park car for 25 a day, we get up to room, I found a sharpe hair pin on floor, almost stepped on it and my husband found lipstick on a glass... So far not having much luck . Each day we went to Base to see our son, it took them at least 10 minutes to get car... Then the Big One happened... We had a break so we went up to our room, husband on phone doing business and he says to me.. There are people having "sex" in the pool.. We can see the entire pool from our room... And yes this couple WAS screwing in the pool. I went down cause of course our keys didn't work. This was the 3rd set of keys we have received. So I went down there and told them what happened.... Couldn't get ahold of a manager and said they would take care of it and call me when they did... Never received a call and I went back up to room after I spoke to them and a family with young kids were swimming in pool.. I was totally disgusted and I couldn't understand why they kept pool open... The one best thing was the front desk people were nice.....  If it wasn't for our sons graduation from Air Force, we would had left but we didn't . Like I said from a certificate of excellent last year.. Think someone needs to check on all this.. Review of this hotel

The rate is very low and the staffs are good. But this place is just horrible. It's wet and the rooms are smelly. It's not clean and muggy. Especially, I saw huge bug in the room and outside the sidewalks. Various bugs have been biting us, including small bugs in the blankets. The sink doesn't go down and the room was full of cigaret smells even after a week. The carpets are wet and not vacuumed clean. Please don't book here!
