The stay was perfect loved the rats for breakfast.Amazing ;)Loved having a romantic night with my fiancé on our honeymoon;) I would love to stay again it I could but sadly we cannot we’re broke;)————-

Stay was amazing

If you like loud parking lot parties every night by all kinds of contractors. Plenty of beer and drugs for everyone. Talked to manager 4 or 5 times a week even emailed headquarters. Nothing done about it. The rooms are nasty dirty just like the people that party in the parking lot

The worst place around

I'm a traveling construction worker, a Safety man. I came to San Antonio, Texas, last March 2014, and got a room at this extended stay hotel. It's cheap, and close to the job. OK, that's all the positives. 
   The free Wi-Fi was crap the bed was hard, there's no room in the bathroom to set anything, the burner on the stove is always going out, the parking lot spaces are too narrow, and the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door cough. 
   The Free Wi-Fi there is the big joke! It was so slow that it was 
un -useable, it took 30 minutes to open up Yahoo home page.
I went and purchased a net to go device and paid for it myself. I asked the manager every week when they were going to fix it. She said every time, that upper management were working on it. Right...
7 that's SEVEN, months later in November, they bring in a company and upgrade the internet, and it is good internet now. The next week when I went to pay my rent, they said it was going to be 3.00 extra a week to pay for the "Super Fast Internet". That's right, for 7 months they had no internet and then they get it updated, they tape over the "Free" on all the signs and charge for internet.  That's B.S. in anybody's book!
  That ain't all, my other complaints are about people fighting and screaming in the middle of the night. My friend getting all 4 wheels stolen from his truck one night. Last week about 1am there were 5 shots fired and 2 fire back in the parking lot below my room. 
  My jobs almost finished, so I'd rather stay than doing 2 moves. If I were advising a friend, I'd say; Do Not Stay There!

Stay Here Only If You have to

The hidden fees make this room a poor deal.  When I made my reservations they stated $189.99 weekly, after checking in they charged me $199.99.  When I questioned this, the lady at the desk told me to show her something from her company allowing that fee.  The receipt for the first week said $199.99 for the room, $30 Room deposit, $20 Phone deposit, and $33.50 Taxes.  For a total of $283.49!  If you want to use their laundry facilities you must purchase a $3 card and then put a load on it ($5 at a time).  The $3 deposit is non refundable and if you have any load left it’s not refundable.

Full kitchen includes 2 tabletop electric elements, small sink, microwave, and medium size refrigerator. No dishes, silverware, or cooking pans are included. We tried to fry up some boneless chicken breasts but the smell in the tiny room drove us to opening doors just to breath.

The bathroom has a walk in shower.  The curtain hangs about 1 inch above and outside the threshold; water covers the wooden flooring after every shower.

We looked at several rooms before choosing one.  All rooms are smoking and pet rooms.  They get cleaned once a week when occupied; yes, they smell very bad.

The High Speed internet was very slow.  The best speedtest.net showed .2 Mbs download.  Not fast enough to have Skype Video Calls. Weekends the internet would not work at all.

Big TV's but no HD channels to choose from.  Just a cheap analog connection
