What ever you do do not stay at this location the rooms smells awful I check in last Tuesday and Alec the manager is a complete idiot I stayed in a room which they have the nerve to call suites I was in room 109 and the room was a living nightmare the manager Alec is the biggest idiot I ever meet in my life the entire staff is rude and unprofessional Alec call security on me just this week and had me escorted and kick off the property because I did not have the money to pay my room he never wanted me there in the beginning until he finally got his wish was to see me kick out of the room and lock all my belongings in the room the room I was in 109 had roaches everywhere ever in the bed crawling on me at night I had to spray the room just to sleep in the bed there was no hot water in the tub the stove did not work there was no light under the stove and to say I had to pay 367 dollars for a room that wasn't properly cleaned and I pray to God I never see Alec again in my life

Never return to this broke down place again

This places is likely a converted apartment complex with mostly smaller sized units. The place could have been better if there was effective pest control in the area. My room had an issue with fruit flies, not gnats, fruit flies! The place served its purpose, but it was not as friendly as I hoped. The staff was friendly, but the place was not up to par. Unfortunately, the pool was never open.

room was filthy, staff were rude. and to top it off our room got broken into whilst we were inside and all the staff offered us was a refund. not even an apology. do not recommend at ALL. also absoloute in the middle of no where. 

worst place i have ever stayed in my whole life.

I live a good bargain, with that being said I've stayed at a plethora of lower rated hotels.  However, I have never had to request my money back at 11pm and try and find another hotel in the area cause that's how bad this room was...i was there 5 minutes max, I saw a hundred small cockroaches, the room was a dump, it was not cool at all, would have taken 2 hours to get room cool when the Texas heat is 101 outside, no way would I ever stay here, I got my money back and got a hotel about 15 minutes away.   Spend an extra 10 bucks and get a room somewhere else!!

Worst experience ever!!

We had booked a room in this hotel for a period of 2 days in view of the photos on a booking site and at a very attractive price that the hotel offered. What a mistake!!!!, when we went back to room 109 and we saw cockroaches, the sofa full of tasks, the so-called kitchen remnants, the bathroom atrocely dirty and the bed that included a dirty black mattress... It was out of the question that we were staying in such an unsanitary room, we asked for a refund of our room which at first was not won because at first the manager of the establishment was almost taking care of our nose when we asked to leave, we had to intervene with a police officer to find out that he should have returned our room and I think we should have returned the reservation from the same establishment.

It's a scam!

Everything was terrible, when we entered the main area of the hotel it was under construction, well that's what I thought, but when we got to the room it was horrible, dirty, totally dirty and old furniture, facilities almost in total abandonment, which we pointed out to the management or in charge and they told us that they couldn't return the money because the booking had been made through a travel agency, we asked that they change rooms and well the difference wasn't much, but as we didn't have any other option at the time we agreed to stay... lie that there is breakfast, lie about wifi there were problems, it was horrible staying at that place.

The worst hotel I've ever visited

I have no choice but to award at least 1 star to this establishment as half stars or less are not available. I really don't want to sound arrogant, but I suppose if you're living on the streets under a bridge, than this place would be a welcome change. However, if that doesn't apply to you, then this place is not worth a second of your time... not a second! I made a 4 day reservation at this hotel thinking I'd just humble down from my usual choices and also try to save some money in the process. My thinking was... We're gonna spend every single day going to parks and attractions and only need a place to sleep and shower right... so why spend the extra money on a hotel when we can use it for actual fun stuff? Well let me tell you quite honestly that with this experience I learned that there are serious limits to the benefits of saving money and down scaling. Sometimes its better to just go with what you know rather than experiment and explore. I knew before hand that we might not like it, so I read the refund policy and was quite aware that I would lose one day's worth of lodging if I cancelled my reservation. Upon arrival at the Fiesta Inn, immediately you get an air that this place is in serious disarray. The service desk personnel was 50/50. One lady was extremely cordial and helpful, the other person who appeared to be a young Hindu or Arabic man was an absolute cretin. I advised the lady at the front desk that we were immediately considering to change our minds about staying there, so she offered to let us look at a couple of the rooms. We accepted the offer and this is where it gets good. As we walked the pathway to the rooms I personally felt as if I could get typhoid fever just from walking through the place. Trash everywhere, shady characters, water leaks, horrendously poor maintenance and security... and believe me, it seemed like a mugging was just waiting around any corner. I'm sure it's an exaggeration, but there is a true air of insecurity about the place. I asked if they had security guards at night and they said they did. Still, I didn't want to worry about our room or vehicle being broken into, which I suppose can happen almost anywhere, but it seemed this location might be a more likely spot. I was hoping the rooms would be better but I was terribly wrong! First let me say that the room pictures on the hotel's website are nothing less than false advertising and I believe purposely misleading! The rooms were musty, dirty and looked nothing like the website pictures. I was told those were very old pictures of the rooms. The beds were bad, the kitchen areas bad, the small TV areas bad, the television monitors were like from the 1970's and the bathrooms were pathetic to the utmost degree... literally falling apart! The roof tiles, lighting fixtures and walls in the rooms were badly damaged. The bathtubs were seriously rusted, I was thinking my family and I could leave with tetanus after a shower... After viewing the Fiesta Inn from the inside out we were ready to go get us an expensive hotel and cancel this reservation immediately. I lost about $47.00 on this cancellation and I was never happier to lose my money! We did find a different and very nice hotel nearby and had a great stay! I do thank the lady at the hotel who was so kind to us, but my recommendation to anyone traveling to San Antonio with a family or anyone who is not into contracting the bubonic plague, is to pass up on the Fiesta Inn and pay the extra money to stay elsewhere. 

What's worst than horrendous?

Whatever you do, PLEASE do not book this hotel. It's a freaking joke literally! It's more of a drug motel. If your coming out of town this isn't for you or your family. I was only there for one night & let me tell you, this has to be the worst hotel still running. Motel 6 is 100Xway better. Let me begin by telling you how ran down there rooms are, obviously there is no housekeeper cleaning. Once you walk in, I swear it's like your in a horror movie, no lie. Its more of an apartment then a hotel. It's filthy the walls look like they have been peed on, there kitchen is sht, moldy broken fridge, counters, dirty floors & carpet. The couch was stained up. There bathroom is the worst!!! You can tell it hasn't been cleaned, black stains in sink, moldy showers! OHH LORD! The bed had blood stains, and smelt disgusting! How dare they allow people to stay there. I felt uncomfortable in so many ways!! I refused to touch anything! My door didn't even shut properly, I was afraid someone was gonna kick door on me. I seriously wanted to cry!! I do not recommend to anybody. It's cheap for a reason they do not clean there rooms!! Oh and sketchy people wonder around, I couldn't keep my eyes off my car, thinking someone was gonna break in. PLEASE TAKE MY WORDS, YOU WILL REGRET BEING THERE, I PROMISE

Believe everything on that review this is horrible...Long lines,process slow just a bad place..The picture online is not what you see in person don't take your family there please!!!!We left after we look at the room and would have rather slept in our car,but thank  God we found a hotel later that day.Extra low prices may be a warning. Wow I can't believe place is still in business..Take heed💃

Hotel not maintained! nothing to do with the photos. The unsanitary room, very bad bed (unable to sleep from the noise made by the bed), lack of cleanliness, a smell of cigarettes or something??? in the room. Insects crawling in the bathroom,1 towel for 2. In short, avoided... even though the price is attractive. On the description of the hotel it has 2 stars!!! apart from the sky I have not seen the 2 stars at all!! In France this hotel firm for unsanitary!
