What's offered on the web, it's nothing like the real thing, the hotel looks careless, it's dirty outside the rooms and inside, no TV's served, and when notified at the front desk, the only thing they said is that there's no service, if you stay here you'll wake up with a sore back, the only thing acceptable is the pool.

A neglected and dirty place.

I was satisfied with my stay considering that the price was very reasonable. The bed was quite comfortable and the A/C worked just fine. The location was quiet and seemed safe.  Also, an ice machine was conveniently located.

Value for the price paid.

Do not give these people your card and they tried to charge mine on three separate occasions after it had already been taken out of my account three times that tried to charge $55 and then on another transaction and tried to take a hundred and fifty

The spouse and I were completely underwhelmed. It was obvious that a towel stuffed in the cabinet above the toilet had been used to clean the mold in the bathroom. There was at least one electrical outlet without an outlet cover. If the smoke detector had a battery in it, the battery was either unhooked or dead (no light indicating that it was working). And someone left a fried chicken breast in the microwave... something we didn't discover until the morning we checked out. That was just the tip of the iceberg. I have alerted Wyndham of the deficiencies I found in this location and hope that someone from the home office will try to correct the situation. Yes, I get it. Travelodge is Wyndham's "Bargain" chain. What we encountered was inexcusable. As it is, I cannot even give one "star" for our stay. We are owed at least three. Underwhelming.

Underwhelming

The first time I stayed here, the room had some wear and customer service was not great, but it was still OK.  This time, the room was much worse.  There was a colony of roaches in the bathroom and the sofa in the living area looked like it had been discarded by someone on heavy trash day.  So it is a crap shoot if you stay here.  Plus I think they charged tax on the pet deposit.  They also advertise a business center, but they do not have one.

Second time was not so good

Definitely recommend staying here the staff was absolutely amazing, loved the location. First time booking here and already booked my second vacation for this hotel. Room was very clean spacious. Loved itt

Amazing

I was told I was not allowed to have any visitors and if anyone came by the police would be called. I was also not able to extend my stay due to this. GM was very rude Called me a liar and said she hates booking “people like me”. I made a complaint with Wyndham and when I was checking out the GM said “Are you Rene Garza?” “So you made a report on me?” “Well your room smelled like smoke, you had more then 2 people in your room, and I think you are doing drugs.” “So I won’t give you any of your deposit back and you need to leave the property now!” I did not smoke in the room I had one person come give a ride to my girlfriend to the store while I was at work and we do not so drugs. I was completely unsatisfied with the stay and felt like I was taken advantage of because I made a complaint on the manager.

Run like a mob!

Not greeted as a rewards member and no breakfast was served my family did not liked that and also as a covid precaution some more bars of soap should be put in all rooms to practice  good hygiene as a guest we should not have to ask for them 

Not acknowledge

I highly recommend Travelodge as the best extended stay location. Travelodge is close to the airport, downtown, Walmart, HEB, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Northeast Baptist Hospital, Emergency Clinics all types of stores. Travelodge later very easy to find, access and get to all areas of San Antonio. The only negative is their internet is just average. It needs to be improved but it is adequate for normal business use. Zoom conferences are tough.

Travelodge is the Best Extended Stay Suites!

The night staff check-in Cheyenne  was very friendly. But the day staff, who seen to be the owners are not. They are bossy and don't use nice words like welcome, please, and thank you. My room was noisy. I couldn't sleep well here. Curtains do bot block out the bright lights from outside at night.  Noisy everything.  

This should NOT BE CALLED AND AIRPORT HOTEL! It is too far from the airport (other side of the city) and no shuttle
