This was my boyfriend and I's first time ever booking a hotel. We stayed Friday August 25, 2017 through Sunday August 27, 2017. We got a king bed non-smokimg room. The staff was kind and answered all our questions with a smile. The room was clean and neat, the price was excellent and we were highly satisfied. The wifi was good and reached the room just fine. There was a TV with cable, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, a blow dryer, and phone. We didn't use the phone, so I can't tell you much about that. The bathroom was clean and had free shampoo and body wash in dispensers on the wall of the shower. The TV had some channels in Spanish, but offered English subtitles. There was a dresser with two large drawers, a bedside table on either side of the bed, and two chairs and a table to eat at. Our ride wasn't able to pick us up until almost one pm, and the check out is at 11 am. The staff let us stay in the lobby until our ride arrived. I would recommend this hotel to my own mother, no doubt about it.

Clean Room, Good Price, Great Customer Service

Staff is very friendly the price was good paid $94 for 2 nights. The room looked cleaned when we arrived. The towels were super rough they scratched when we dried ourselves after showering. No one cleaned the room or left clean towels for our 2 night stay which was no big deal i fixed the bed. The day that we left that the bed wasnt made i noticed the matress had a HUGE stain on the side it looked like blood not sure what it was but it was pretty nasty.

Ok for the price

It wasnt done being cleaned when we arrived the sink was dirty and there was still trash from the previous people, but it was $140 for 2 nights for a last minute booking and the front desk clerk was friendly. So I rate the price average, the cleanness poor, the service good and overall ok if you need somewhere to stay for a night or two but not for a long stay.

Room smelled awful - I was charged almost $148 for one night although I didn't stay a minute in this place. The carpet was disgusting, the bedding,pillows were outright disgusting. I know bc while waiting for my room to be ready, I went into a friend's room and saw al this nastiness but still wanted to check mine out although I knew there's no way I will stay in such a nasty place. It should be shut down. 
I told them that I will put bad reviews online for them and they seem to not even care.

Disgusting, pls. stay away

Went to San Antonio for a family outing checked in to this particular Regency Inn and it is by far the most disgusting hotel i have ever been to, and in my line of work i do alot of traveling and have stayed at many hotels. This particular room number 115 smelled like urine, carpet had collection of gum accumulated, restroom had mold and mildew along seams, not to mention the curly hairs in the tub, sheets were stained and the bed skirt looked like 2 dogs were fighting for. Overall this like i said is beyond the worst experience i have ever in my travels.
