They have horrible customer service front desk worker by the name manny treats women horribly no respect nor do you have privacy here they will enter your room without permission. And if your disabled they take advantage of you . 1 very disrespectful 2 very unsanitary dirty towels and beds half the amenities don’t work a/c refrigerator, microwave , tv’s etc. everything is old and outdated ! They constantly changing the prices depending on who you are ! Doesn’t treat anyone fairly when you ask for anything he has attitude mind you paying over 1200 to stay there! Another thing is it’s drug invested people walking around all night long . Save your money don’t stay here! He enters your room knowing your in there possibly naked ! Please be safe ladies and gentlemen there’s no way to complain I’ve called they don’t provide any information illegals are working here as well just fui

Horrible customer service & they charge everyone a different price (discrimination)

Ok first off this is a really bad neighbor hood , the bed had blood stains on it, the towels actually looked like they had poop on them . so i used all my own . The Tv did not work with remote control, the ac filter has never been cleaned .

Nasty

Unsafe, dirty. noisy old style motel, booked using expedia it's located in a run down area, there were addicts on the street corners felt unsafe the whole time we were there, could not wait to.leave, .

Terrible place

Need to visit this place and they say this is not mold its just a quimical stain only  like a sy pictures don’t lie

Worst hotel ever

Let me start by saying my husband is currently fleeing this hotel as I type. My DH travels constantly and stays almost exclusively at these budget hotels and this is by far the WORST hotel ever. They have the smallest rooms he has ever seen. The entire hotel was a DUMP and the hotel "manager" (we were not able to speak to anyone else after several requests) was angry, belligerent, and was almost incoherent because he requested not to have the room cleaned during his stay because he sleeps during the day and works at night. Clearly from the looks of the place it is not well maintained so I'm not sure why she cared. I am utterly shocked that any hotel chain would be affiliated with this crazy woman and her horrendous hotel.

Terrible is an understatement!!

Do not go to this hotel nasty dirty bugs and customer service horrible they are all about the money and forget about good service below is a pillow in room the night we got there and the Same pillow after cleaning  service the next day. we had to check out there were many other nasty things at this hotel do not stay here if you value your health

the smoke detector is on the desk next to me as I type this review, this of course means its not on the ceiling and does not have a battery attached. I went to use the phone to call the front desk and it doesn't work, check it out and oh, its missing the cable, grabbed one from my back and went to plug it in, stopped before I plugged it due to the scorch marks on the connector. this surprises me as I have never seen burn marks like this on a phone outlet. they need to learn to clean the walls a little, then again maybe cleaning the room period would be a good idea. I might get a tetanus shot tomorrow
