I’m very satisfied by the look of the king size room we stayed in definitely coming again clean and definitely worth the stay the maintenance is kind and very respectful as well never judge the book by it’s cover

Great service

Checked in walked into the room turned around went back to the office told them maids needed to be fired. There was food all over the floor, beads, dirt, filthy bathroom. I wanted the stuff to clean it. 

OMGosh the worst motel I have ever stayed at

I made reservations for a room with a king bed for 3 nights.
I’m on leave from the military in Wisconsin and reviews weren’t when looking on them from maps but
When I arrived the first room had hair in tub on the floor and bed... couldn’t even turn on the burners. So I ask to be transferred to a new room room seemed nice so I left to Walmart to get bathing stuff when I came back I noticed there was food stuck to the wall and the kitchen area was a mess so I decided to go get a refund and I still had to pay for one night
If I could I would give them no stars/dotes

Nightmare of hotels

I have lived here for a while.  They can't find anything.  You have to wait days to get anything fixed.  When it get fixed you can look at the photo below.  They are rude.  They don't try to work with you.  The maintenance is done by one person.  He works 7 days a week.  The place looks like rundown.

don't fix anything

Very reasonable and great service highly recommended. Kitchenette in the rooms they provide you with pots pans and utensils. Easy access to IH-35 and downtown. They are quick to take care of any issues that come up.

Nice stay

The hotel is pet friendly but need to clean the legs of the furiture where pee, the floor was not very clean, and was looking for a phone book opened a dresser draw and found a syringe in draw was very upset about that and the coffee pot did not have a lib so could not make coffee all had was decaf also. Does not tell you charge $50.00 desposit even after you pick a non smoking room.

Not clean

Enjoyed our stay.  It’s very close to AT&T Center, where we were going to a concert.  It’s good for the price, comfortable stay.  A/C was off when we came to the room but once we turned on A/C and lowered temp., it got nice and cool!

Concert Goer

I was there 2 weeks ago the check in process was wonderful-the staff was really friendly and kind. The rooms were clean like new and everything was overall perfect. Definitely would recommend this hotel to whoever is traveling to San Antonio.

Pleasant stay

The check in process was fast and easy. The staffs were friendly and polite from check in and the room was spacious and with a kitchenette. The room and bathroom was sparkling clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and will be staying again.

Great Stay!

It was my first time staying in a studio 6 and it was an amazing experience. When I first walked in the hotel the lobby was super clean. Once I got to my room I was amazed to see how clean and space-full the room was. I loved that there was many restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Overall it was one of my best stays in a hotel and I will recommend anyone to stay here!
