This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Mold in bathroom, linen is completely outdated and not clean, staff barely speaks English, are completely dismissive with any/all questions and concerns, ordered take out immediately had a staff member knock on door and threatened to kick me out ( w/ no refund) for having a guest, vending machine doesn't work, etc etc etc. Horrible Horrible Horrible......I wouldn't allow my dog to stay there.

Read the 2 star reviews before booking but took a chance anyway since the nearby casino was full. We figured to stay at the motel anyway to just sleep and gamble during the day at the nearby casino. Booked two nights.

Upon check in; The pool was dirty, pix below. There wasn't any shade either so I didn't swim.  Forgot to take pix of the room.  The room was so outdated the comforter on both queen beds were ripped with fuzz popping out of the tear. The pillows were dirty/stained so we but our towels over them to sleep. 

We got lucky and booked the nearby casino room for the next day. Upon check out, the motel kept both night payment refused to refund our second night even if we only stayed the one night.

I don’t know why any hotel  booking site would list this Motel! Terrible. First you have to register thru a small window. I ask the clerk why could we not come inside , he responded “the neighborhood was not safe!? Why would I stay here? Parking no very accommodating or secure. The pool needed cleaning. I sacrificed my one night stay and left and did night return?. Be prepared to run into many street people.

Avoid This Motel

We like this one because it's family owned,  operated,  clean,  cozy,  safe,  secure.  The people who run it are very sweet and kind.  They work very hard.  The value is great and and most the rooms have kitchenettes and direct TV,  dish network. Check-in is fast,  it's clean,  safe, secure and quiet.

I had a reservation for there I get there and tell me no reservation for you credit card don't have money first off it was only to hold my booking not to take money off I pay cash once I arrive there instead of my card but the management there is very very very rude exspucally the lady she needs to go learn some manners in how to not be so stupid and rude and second they cancelled the reservation there self when I d gotten there than told me I don't have one when I did this was my 3rd time trying to book my stay there Everytime I got excuses it might sound good to stay there I wouldn't be water

Worst

Location  is  good.  Helpful  staff.  Clean  room.  No  smell. No  noisy  place.  Shopping  center  is  close  to  the  motel. Clean  towels,  clean  bed.  Saboba  casino is About  2  miles  from  this  motel.  Good  city  bus  service.

It  is  comfortable  to  stay.

This is the worse place I had ever stayed. Management are very very rude, husband and wife running this motel. The wife has no costumer service at all. She spends most of the day yelling. The husband he's just as bad. Internet service sucks if you call them and ask to reset the internet they always say " its your device its not fully charged, ".  We stayed there for like five weeks ( had no choice ).  The rooms are so nasty ,  2 days before I left I dropped something on the carpet and it rolled under the bed. When I looked under the bed I almost threw up. The mattress has mold growing on it ,  it has parts of it that its so gross, carpet is dirtier than the dirt outside. Oh and your only allowed to have a roll of toilet paper every 3 day, 2 towel,  & 2 hand  per week. Don't, stay here.  I have pics to proof  this. The health department has been contacted and most likely they are going to be shut down.....

The TV didn't work, only two channels. The Internet didn't work. Don't use it in winter. God knows how to operate the heater. It has a small pool. The hotel is for sleeping and nothing else. It's clean. Bring your own shampoo, there was no room. Even if you don't create it, it's full. We got a call from an employee asking us the arrival time, because if we arrived after 9pm, they would cancel our reservation. We arrived at this hotel because the one we wanted was full.
