 The Lakehouse is the quintessential  b & b sporting comfy common ateas, a fabulous stone fireplace, and a welcoming front porch. Our room was    well appointed with a comfy bed,  private bath, and a  stunning view of the lake. High end toiletries and bed linens completed  the cozy feel. The innkeepers, Al & Pam, take pride in their home and it shows in the details. Breakfasts were scrumptious and afternoon baked goods were a delicous treat.  Guests were friendly. I cannot say enough about the care and quantity. 

A wonderful stay awaits you

We love coming here. Last year as we were leaving, my wife and I booked a three day vacation for “leaf peeping” a beloved Nee England pastime. Over the past year, the B&B was sold to new owners. I want to say that Pam and family have picked up right where the past owners left off. We had a wonderful time with some quiet time together and with our family. The property is simply stunning. The rooms are very well appointed and of a time period gone by yet still much enjoyed. Our time here is always enjoyable and relaxing and we’re very glad that tradition will continue. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Always a wonderful stay!!

Outstanding stay in an idyllic setting. We have stayed at many B&Bs but The Lakehouse at Ferry Point is at the top of our list.   My  husband appreciated the hearty breakfast.  Pam was so accommodating.  Many places are more concerned about their rules and agendas but she was interested in making our stay enjoyable. The location is beautiful.  The rooms was very  clean and the sheets were so comfortable.  We hope to return. 

Great place!

One of the most fantastic inns we have ever stayed in. Super clean, well appointed, and very relaxing in an idyllic setting. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Nicest people!!!! The breakfast was fantastic. We also ate in a nearby restaurant owned by the family, Dox, which was equally fantastic. We sat out on the deck by the marina and enjoyed great cocktails and delicious food. Excellent, all the way around. We hope to go back soon.

Fantastic Bed and Breakfast!!!

From the moment we arrived, the lake house felt like a very special place. Clean and cozy on the inside with a beautifully landscaped yard and the best view of lake Winnisquam. If you are looking to get out on the water, there are paddle boards and kayaks for guests to use. There is also a beautiful front porch with intimate seating arrangements to  spend your afternoons or evenings reading a book or enjoying each others company.
Pam and Al were incredibly welcoming and made us feel as if we were family. They gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Their hospitality was top notch. Breakfast each morning was hot, fresh, and a very generous portion. We will definitely recommend the Inn to everyone we know and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Picturesque B&B that feels like home

This is a lovely inn with fabulous views of scenic area around lake. Innkeeper was gracious and very accommodating. It was wonderful to sit out on their spacious porch at night and listening to the loons calling.  The whole area was very scenic and a joy to explore.

A great find

Our stay at the Lake House at Ferry Point was everything you want a bed and breakfast to be.  We stayed in the Wentworth room.  From the giant tub to the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing stay.  
Breakfast in the morning was absolutely perfect and the perfect way to start our day.  
The views are incredible and the owners were absolutely wonderful in making sure every need we had was addressed.  If you are looking for a B&B in the area, stop looking, do yourself a favor, and stay here!  You won’t be disappointed.

Stay here and treat yourself!

This Inn is one f the nicest ones we have stayed in.  The outside and inside was kept up perfect.  The view of the lake just added to the beauty of this Inn.  
Our room was very comfortable.  We had two chairs and good lighting to read by.  The tv was in the living room as was a fireplace which was lit for us each night.  There was enough couches and chairs for our friends and us to sit, talk and enjoy the fire.  
Both mornings the breakfast was so good.  From a yogurt parfait, egg casserole and muffin one morning to a fruit cup, baked French toast and bacon the next. Coffee or tea with breakfast and throughout the day with cookies.  
Come meet the innkeepers who make this place so special and enjoy this Inn if you are going to vacation in the lakes region of New Hampshire.

Beautiful Lake House Inn on Lake Winnisquam.

This b&b is worth if for the setting alone, but add in a gourmet breakfast with wonderful views, welcoming staff, comfortable room and common rooms, and convenient location, and it is a no-brainer. We enjoyed dinner at nearby Fratellos's, and prior to arriving we hiked the Locke's Hill trail for beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Beautiful Setting

Recently stayed two nights in the Crystal Lake room and loved everything about it! Every inch of space had a purpose, great taste in colors/decor, and the bed sheets felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room also smelled amazing, and the entire house was spotless - so, so clean. Breakfast was phenomenal, and we loved having our morning cup of coffee out on the porch. The rocking chairs and view of the lake made it hard to go anywhere! We truly appreciated Rebecca's warm welcome and Monty's fantastic sense of humor, and we felt so comfortable staying here because of such awesome hosts. My favorite little detail about this place was how they displayed a flag out front of whatever country their guests were from - such a nice gesture.
