Room was simple, but clean and comfortable.  Many prior reviews of all properties in this part of Santa Fe remarked on concerns for safety.  This is a lesser part of the city, but I never had serious concerns for our safety.  This property has a fenced-in parking lot, which made us feel better about our car.  
Breakfast area was undergoing remodeling, so a variety of Hostess pastries were set out for breakfast, along with bananas, apples, milk/yogurt, juice, and coffee.

Comfortable and convenient

Needed to book a last minute hotel and was very impressed with my stay here. Room was clean and updated, glad to see hard flooring instead of carpet. Bed very comfortable and had many pillows. Front desk was friendly and checkin took no time at all. If I ever need a room in Santa Fe I’ll be staying here again.

Clean, updated room and friendly staff

We were looking forward to our first visit to Santa Fe. We booked at the last minute and rates for our preferred hotels had increased by double so we against our better judgement decided to give the Quality Inn chain another chance. We should have gone with our gut feeling. We’re paying way more than we should for 3 nights, the hotel boasts newly renovated which is why we gave it a try. The rooms are small, the walls and door were painted not upgraded. The bathroom wasn’t renovated, the tub is old and stained, the bathroom is small. There is no hot breakfast as advertised. The windows have not been replaced and are old and disgusting. There are no curtains on the windows only a shade. We had to put an extra lock on the window and door to feel safe. The beds mattress seems newer but  is on a cheap metal frame. The room looks cheap. Choice Privileges should be ashamed to say this is part of their hotel chain. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Unfortunate Choice!

Needed another person at front desk. Only had one, and there was a line. Got to our room and the wifi pw didn’t work. Called to front desk, but no answer. Located on a very busy street, traffic was noisy, horns blaring. We paid almost $200 on a Sat night out of desperation, and it wasn’t worth $100. We had a handicapped room, 2 queen bed. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Barely room for the 2 beds. Large bathroom, but no lip on shower, and it leaked halfway across the bathroom floor, which was unsafe, so we had to put our towels on the floor to soak up the water. In the morning I asked if they had a breakfast (which they advertise, and the clerk the night we checked in didn’t mention), and he offered me a to-go bag with yogurt, apple, and a muffin. Waste of money at this hotel. Go somewhere else.

Not an enjoyable experience

Pretty much an unkept, bare bones, worn down, ill cleaned, very poorly maintained, if it is maintained at all, uncared for property. It appears that no one cares or takes responsibility for the property, or takes any pride in this property. It is a very poor place to stay, if you want to feel good. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else!
