This Establishment is the worst I've ever seen and i have been to hotels all over the world. The fact that whomever is responsible for allowing this business to operate in their town is the blame. I rented their banquet room for my wife 60th Birthday the room is filthy carpet nasty broken window. We asked about cleaning or Vacuuming the floor they said they don't have a vacuum. Asked about cleaning the room they said the lady is off.
One WORD DESCRIBES THE LEADERSHIP IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. DISGRACEFUL... THOSE IN CHARGE SHOULD BE TERMINATED and this business closed until they are able to meet at least a 4Star rating.

Disgraceful poor service

The room we were given was missing electrical wall plates. The light over the sink was so dim I could not use it to shave. The carpet was worn and needed cleaning. The hall from front to back of the building had exposed electrical wires and wire connection. 
The place advertised breakfast but did not have any food service. 
Covid has clearly not been kind to this place and it shows.

Really run down

Do not stay here the website misrepresented this hotel. Very unsafe and run down.

﻿We booked a one night stay for 7-16-2021 we arrived around 6pm and figured we would grab a quick bite at the hotel restaurant with our kids. First I wish I could give this place no stars. This hotel is completely misrepresented on the quality inn website I booked a last minute hot wire 2.5 star deal. It is clear this hotel is not 2.5 stars. Half of the hotel is closed and looks abandoned and condemned.  The restaurant is closed and looks to be abandoned for quite some time . The first odd thing about this hotel was the sign on the main entrance door that says they do not rent rooms to locals. The grounds and the one part of the building looked very run down. The Asphalt in the parking lot was all crumbling and the hotel rooms looked to be in very poor condition from the outside. We checked in the front desk which looked nice it was the only nice thing on the property. I noticed a sign on the front desk no free breakfast, ugh. We got our room keys and went to our room which was on the first floor facing the pool. We walked through hallway to get to our room and was almost knocked over by the smell of urine and body odor. We passed a vending machine and I went to check it out and noticed a wooden door that was broken and I looked inside and saw trash everywhere, pillows and blankets all over the floor where someone had been sleeping. The hallway we walked passed had a light on the wall with exposed wires coming out of it. We then  opened our room door and was almost knocked over by the musty, unknown foul smell, Cigarette smell and marijuana smell all mixed into one. I checked out the bathroom and noticed black pubic hairs all over the bathtub and the paint was chipped off of the tub. The chair in the room was ripped the lamp on top of the dresser was rusted and the vanity light in the bathroom was rusted. Paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling.  I felt to unsafe I got my family out of here as quick as possible. I checked right out and drove the rest of the way home.

Worst hotel DO NOT STAY HERE looks like an abandoned hotel and unsafe

Checked in paid the going rate and a $10.70m pet fee.  Went to the room....
horrible smelling and cockroaches on the floor.  Furnishings were in very poor condition.  There were questionable people hanging around that made us very uncomfortable.  The outside of the building was in disrepair especially on the non frontage side.  Addressed the issue with the front desk and told them we were not going to stay.  Clerk called manager and stated we would not be charged and a refund would be issued.  Checked my credit card statement a few days later... NO REFUND and a SECOND room charge.  We DO NOT recommend staying there.  Look at their other reviews first....I wish we had!

Disgusting room, questionable safety in the hotel area based on our observations.

So I make a reservation, they take my money, then 45 minutes later while I am driving to the hotel, they call me an tell me they need to cancel my reservation. Somehow they overbooked. This was booked through a reservation system, so I guess the system can't count. I asked for my money back and guess how long it will take? 10 DAYS!!!! It took them 10 Seconds to take it out of my account, but it will take 10 DAYS to put it back. The system is broken!!! Stay away from Choice hotels. they are a nightmare to deal with. Fraud!!! they took my money knowing they didn't have what I was purchasing. The computer did not mess up. The staff decided to take a walk in and cancel the person who had a reservation and wasn't there yet. Now they they have my money in an account as well as the walk-in's money. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!

All the bad reviews - BELIEVE THEM! This place is a dump. When looking for a one-night on-the-road place to sleep. I'm not looking for fancy amenities but at $90/night, you should be able to get basic cleanliness and maintenance. First, the outside: peeling paint, mostly weeds, what little grass there was needed mowed, bags of trash outside of rooms, only one working ice machine on the other side of the complex, family (?) sitting outside  doing hair cutting/styling(?), young man climbing fence to get in pool area. Inside: towel bar barely hanging on wall, water faucet only cut off when positioned off-center, luggage rack was rusty, no hangers, rusty ironing board, dirty washcloths, dirty walls - just horrible! And to top it off, we were handed a flyer which said their fire alarms weren't working. How does the local fire department allow this?

OMG!!!!!

I am in disbelief at the pictures advertised versus what we actually saw. The hotel stock photos are completely misleading. This location is severely run down! There was a sign on the door that said : not renting to locals, so that tells you the area you are staying in is questionable. No breakfast offered. Structure is in horrible shape. Dimly lit and did not feel very safe. 

Check in was fine and the ladies at the desk were nice - that’s the only reason for a 2 star rating instead of one. 

Nope ... never again 

My wife was looking to save a few $$ for a one-night stop on the way to visit relatives.  We arrived at about 10:30 pm.  The hotel was completely unkempt - weeds growing everywhere, peeling paint throughout, and only a few cars in the parking lot.  There was a cop car sitting out front with lights flashing.  Honestly, I was looking for “crime scene” tape and chalk outlines.  If we had not already paid in advance for the room, we would have left to find anyplace else to stay.  We won’t make this mistake again.

We’ll NEVER Stay at Quality Inn Again

Do not stay here. It appears as if the hotel was recemtly flooded and the back half is shut down. Im pretty sure its not up to hotel state eegulations and forget about Covid, I’m pretty sure mold and Legionella are our biggest concerns here.

Family road trip

I stayed there for 1 night. Came in late, around 11pm after a days drive and just wanted a place to sleep. The only thing clean was the bed, everything else was just disgusting. Mold and dirt everywhere. Took pictures and contacted hotel, no answer. Will sent the pics to the local health department.
