Access to beach is awesome. Loved St Armans Circle, many shops and restaurants. You can walk to it. Shop owners are friendly and helpful. Kilwins ice cream is the best. Lido Key area is beautiful. Definitely worth the trip.

Great vacation

Home from home, this place has it all. Good location friendly staff, clean and tidy. Right on the beach. Cheryl has become a dear friend and will always help if she can. We fell in love with the place and were lucky enough to buy 6 weeks in November and December. LOVE IT.

Winter getaway

Great location! - beautiful beach and fabulous sunsets!! The resort is small which is very nice, but there are some large families that vacation together and the kids and grandkids dominate the pool area. The area is amazing and Armand's circle is wonderful, lots of great shopping and wonderful restaurants! We had great weather but the red tide (bacteria, smells and dead fish) kept us from swimming. The resort is comfortable, as all of the second floor units have NOT been refurnished or updated, we were told the first floor units have been redone. Mirrored walls and very old, slightly dirty living room furniture made it feel a bit 'uncomfortable.' The staff was very nice and helpful - Monday muffins and coffee was nice.

Summer in December

I was able to check in early 1pm as my 1 bed unit was ready. The unit was clean and spacious with a wonderful balcony over looking the gulf and the beach. It was a real bonus to find beach chairs were supplied and the on-site gym was a nice bonus.

Room with a view

Suntide Island Beach Club was an ideal place to stay.  The location is perfect.  Every day you had at your footsteps the beach or the pool.  I stayed in the 2 bedroom condo.  Clean and maintained.  I enjoyed the condo very much and the setup.  Each room had its only attached bathroom.  The location of this resort is ideal because it is easy access to downtown Sarasota and Armanda Circle.

Heaven at your doorstep

Great place to stay especially if you like the beach. Near St. Armand’s Circle where there are great restaurants. The resort has a great sandy beach with lots of Lounge chairs and a few covered huts if you want shade. There is a nice heated pool with plenty of chaise lounges and tables and chairs with umbrellas. There were gas grills if you wanted to grill. The units were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. The only thing negative I can say is that the furniture was a little dated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were laundry facilities and some outdoor courts, but we never used them. The beach is beautiful, this was the second time we stayed there and would not hesitate to go again. The staff was friendly and helpful. 

Beautiful beach location

We loved everything about this option. A wonderful vacation indeed. We also enjoyed the visitors we met in the hot tub every evening. We walked to town and enjoyed the sunsets. We also loved the space and condition.

Perfection at Suntide

This is our first trip where we did not rent a car. Our resort was very close to Armand Circle for restaurants and shopping. We went to the beach and pool everyday and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.  We were able to grill steaks, seafood and veggies and visit the tiki bars by the Ritz and Lido resorts. Very convenient location to everything. 

1st Gulf Trip to Sarasota

Reminded me of a Route 66 Motel after the interstate bypassed the location. Not all of the facility was habitable ,not all of the facility was functional, the facility didn’t come up to what the description and photos indicated. If you are RCI don’t waste your exchange power.

Couldn’t stand the resort

We went for our an anniversary week. We  enjoyed the resort, staff, beach, nearby eating and shopping. We will go again when a little cooler. Saying we will go twice to the same location requires a certain standard for me and this resort and area does not disappoint.
