Staff exceptional! Bed super comfy. Only thing missing is a USB port to charge phones. Surprisingly couldn’t find one considering everything is modern and tech formed. Located downtown everything in walking distance!

The Location of Spa City in Saratoga is 2nd to None! It doesn't get much better, as you are right smack dab in the Heart of Downtown Saratoga Springs. Restaurants, Bars Comedy Club, Coffee Shop and Shopping all right outside the doors. But what we Love the Most about it is the Staff from the Front Desk when you walk in that make you feel so welcome to the Housekeeping staff that are so pleasant and greet you with a smile & work so hard to keeping the common areas and rooms spotless. We have been coming here since Bluebird Opened it up and it is the Only Place we will continue to stay at when we visit Saratoga Springs.

Right smack dab in the Heart of Downtown Saratoga Spring

Stayed at this motel many times. Never disappointed. Centrally located in middle of town, own parking lot ( bonus points) and just so cool and inviting. Just love the Free 24 hr coffee & water bar a plus

Best boutique motel in Saratoga Springs

This property has a great location if you want access to Saratoga‘s many good restaurants, bars, brew, pubs, and coffee shops. The rooms are just OK. My shower lacked adequate water pressure and was far from hot. The front desk clerk had no answer other than “some of the corner rooms are like that.”  After four nights, I’m looking forward to getting back home.

Disappointing Property

From booking to checkout everything was great.  I am hesitant to give a great review because I want this place to be a secret only I know about.  The rooms are ultra clean, the renovated motor lodge look is so quaint and the "pool" in the courtyard is totally childproof.  (There is no pool but there used to be. ) The very best part is the location.  Do not miss this place. 

Best kept secret in Saratoga Springs 

What a great motel! The location can’t be beat, it’s right in the center of Saratoga Springs. We parked the car and did not need to take it out again, everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well appointed and the staff were all so friendly and professional. Despite being in the center of town, the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. 24 hour coffee and tea in the common area, and refrigerators in the rooms make things very convenient, but one is literally steps away from many great coffee shops and breakfast places as well. We travel to Saratoga Springs frequently and will definitely be back. We have no complaints whatsoever but I would recommend requesting a room on the first floor for anyone who finds stairs difficult, and if you like to sit outside and enjoy looking out on the town with a cup of coffee, request a balcony room.

Love this place and have already gone back for a return visit. Within walking distance of all bars and restaurants, and rooms are clean, comfortable and cute. Atrium is fab! Great staff too. Thanks again! 

Hip boutique motel in great location

8, staff was excellent and the room was nice, as was the bed. Loved the "Norweign "feel . The only issue was that it was very noisy. Actual banging during the night like a pipe or something was being fixed. Made it hard to sleep.

Great location

This hotel is located in the heart of Saratoga Springs; perfect for a weekend getaway.  We parked the car for free in the parking lot and we’re in walking distance of everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even called me when I left a favorite shirt behind in the room, offering to mail it to me. This is a cool place to stay if you enjoy going out and want to walk to places.
