Arrowhead is a few minutes away from downtown sagatuck and a few blocks away from downtown Douglas. Great location and the room was cute. 
Unfortunately our TV remote did not work notified the air b n b Host. So we didn't have TV during our stay but we were very busy touring Sagatuck so it was disappointing but we watched a movie on my phone. *We did not receive any compensation or a replacement for the TV not working but our host was apologetic.
Our room had coffee pods and paper plates which was nice for our 2 day stay 
Well be taking my daughter to Sagatuck next year but we'll be looking into another place.

I just made my fourth reservation for this summer for our 12th Family Reunion. I was reading some of the reviews and wanted to share my insight aout this property and Saugatuck. Reviews are great, but clearly some of the reviews seem like the reviewer has an agenda. In the three stays we have had at Arrowhead Resort, we have always found clean, well organized condos with all the ammenities and a great location in downtown. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Saugatuck is very expensive in the Summer for everything from places to stay, dinners, etc. Most of the bad reviews talk about the expense of the rooms, even though the Best Western is over $200/night

Tip: My family is going the last week of August, when it is a little cheaper and in the Fall to save money

Beautiful and Clean-Great Location

Very clean condos and excellent staff. We stayed here last year for a wedding and can't wait for next summer (2019). Open and bright in downtown Saugatuck.  Close to everything, restaurants, galleries, and Oval beach is just across the Harbor

Awesome Location and Staff

My girlfriend and I stayed here one night and the staff charged us for two nights . John said he would refund my money for the second night and then later refused to . This dump is a Real Scam !!!
They charged me $357.60 for one night .
They totally lied to me about refunding me my money .
They robbed me of $178.80
Also , the blanket on the bed was totally dirty and had pubic hairs stuck on it !!!
This Is Truely a Totally Disgusting Place to Stay !!!

Worst Place To Stay

Just booked our fourth stay at Arrowhead Resort for July-Very clean and Modern condos with full kitchens. We saved a fortune on breakfast before the beach!

It is NOT a resort, but come on, there are no resorts in Michigan. If you are that picky, stay in a larger city. Everything in the Quaint small towns of Saugatuck and Douglas are only a short 5 minute walk away. FREE parking too because there is no parking in Saugatuck in the Summer

Worth the extra Money

We stayed at Arrowhead Resort for a family get together. The rooms are spotless and in a great location. The owners were great people and helped us with great recommendations! We will be back in 2018!

Very Clean, Great rooms!!

I'm hopelessly priced, but the condo is almost well placed, but I insist on almost, the dishwasher is hot, there are no blankets, the cleanliness is not impeccable... well, I really like Saugatuck, I'll definitely go back but not in this condo.
