I never leave reviews… especially not negative ones but it is my moral obligation to share the horror story that is this motel. First off it was super sketchy, but I was expecting that… and sketchy doesn’t scare me away, the real problem arose as we entered the room. Several cockroaches scurried about, it was like we crashed their family reunion. Absolutely mortified, I wish I could say I’m being dramatic when I say there were many… many cockroaches. God bless the current guests whom are experiencing this. For the love of all things holy don’t stay here unless you’re an entomologist looking to study roaches in their habitat.

Worst hotel ever. Cockroaches, not clean, unsanitary. The elevator smells like urine. Brown things are dripping on the walls. No bathroom tissu left (when I went down to ask for 2 rolls , one to use now and the other one in extra, the lady told me she could only give me one! So I bough myself some!) They won’t take out the trash even if you put your bin out. There’s no services at all. The bedsheets had some stains and one of the towel look like it hadn’t been wash. The shower was so bad with dripping brown marks and the shower curtain had some mold on it, so bad that I couldn’t take one. DISGUSTING! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. I would give a minus 10 stars if I could.

I had to go buy cleaning products to clean the room as best has I could (bought disinfecting wipes, disinfect and wash everything I could, bought a broom, glass cleaner, scrubbing bubbles for the shower I did 5 treatment and it was still dirty, I had to buy a bath mat to step on and a swifter wet jet for the floor, I use two wet clothes and they were black! The proof they did not clean at all!. After all that, woke up with 2 big cockroaches beside my head even thought I left all the lights open 24/7 because I though that with lights the cockroaches I saw the first day wouldn’t come, but no, they still were everywhere!

Couldn’t stay there for a month like I was supposed too, it was way too unsanitary for a human being plus because I have a heart disease so I can not afford to put my health in jeopardy like that.

The manager Mr, Vishal, literally FRAUD me of 1761,33$ cause my reservation was supposed to cost me 557,42$ but he took out 2318,21$ of my credit card and does not want to give me back the extra money he owes me and took from me !  Add to take legal steps now with the police, bank and such, to try and get the money he illegally took from me!

So take my advice if you don’t wanna be fraud on your credit card and live with cockroaches in an unsanitary, unclean, dirty and pee smelling place, don’t come here! I’ve been in cheap hotels before, but never like this one. Plus they are ripping people off, so, be warned.. I’m living a nightmare right now! 

Never in my life I’ve seen a place like this, and had no service and had to deal with dishonest people in management.

The only friendly and helping girl I saw, was the black girl in the evening shift at the front desk. I had no problem with her. She was always helpful and friendly, like people in the customer service should be. It’s not her fault that she works in a trash place. But besides her, well you know the rest! Good luck to you if you book here !  Say Hello to a never ending nightmare and problems.

A real NIGHTMARE !  Plus credit card fraud

Absolutely nothing good to say about this place. Bedspread had multiple burn holes. No tub. The sink was filled with someone else's shaved beard. No USB ports.  The walls were bare except for dirty splatters. TV screen dirty. No amenities other than soap. No shampoo or conditioner. The toilet seat was broken as was the toilet paper holder. Saw 3 cockroaches. Complained to the front desk. Could do nothing. No other rooms available. The microwave had the plastic liner burned off and was dirty...not useable. The top of the fridge was nasty with dirt and grime. The whole place was disgusting.  Worst place I have ever stayed...and nowhere else to go beside my car, which is where everything stayed for the night.

Great hotel to come relax and feel comfortable you have everything you need as in towels tissue hot and cold running water clean sanitary and housekeeping to assist with all the needs while you are in the room

They are very affordable for the comfort of the stay. They are very helpful with frequent discounts and they make sure that your stay is comfortable and safe. The rooms are clean and they provide linens whenever you ask. Worth what you pay !!!

My experience was a pleasant one. The front office staff were very friendly and mannered. I found the room to be clean and the bed was very comfortable. i am very happy with my stay and i recommend for everyone

The room was very clean and nice  I enjoyed my stay. Room with full kitchen and that’s good for cook and new remodel room.  Staff are very friendly and happy serving. I love to stay again. I recommend this place.

We booked a room here and didn't even check in. Dirty and scary. Not a place I think most people would want to stay.  Outside there were plenty of people just standing and loitering around.  We looked inside one of the rooms and the bed was disgusting.  Looked like it was 75% stained and soiled.

Hotel is okay… not the cleanest, definitely getting run down. Staff is really nice and it is very light at nighttime which is a plus. If you’re wanting to walk everywhere this is not the spot but if you’re okay with driving, not looking to spend the money on the downtown hotels, and really just need a place to sleep. This is definitely a great choice!
