Room was nice, bed was comfortable. We were there during an ice storm which of coarse was no one's fault but your office DID NOT work at keeping guests safe. The outside steps were a sheet of ice and even after asking the kid at the desk to put down deicer, it was never done. Going up and down those steps was so dangerous. Also NO ONE ever answered the phone when we called needing some help. NO ONE. 
We will not stay there again.

Felt very deserted during an ice storm

Always love  my time at Inn at the Prom! The rooms are very comfortable, the ocean view, fire place and jetted tub are my reasons for returning every year. I love the little kitchen to prepare some meals in the room, and their coffee is delicious! The housekeeping staff is fabulous and the rooms are sparking clean. The downside this trip was problems with hot water. There was never enough to take soak in the tub without heating water on the stove, and a couple times no hot water available at all.  I called office and left message but never got return call which was disappointing and not usual for the quality of customer service I typically experience here. That being said, always a wonderful and welcoming place to stay!

Wonderful place for a solo get-a-way

We love staying here!  The view is awesome and the rooms are cozy and clean.  The bathroom is huge as well as the tub itself.  The only problem we had was that the door to the hallway did not fit the frame correctly and the hallway light was kept on all night.  It shined like a bright nightlight into our room.  You could see through the door and the frame into the hallway.  Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.  The check-in clerk and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating! 

Cozy, Clean Room with an Awesome View!

A cozy little apartment close to the beach. Enjoyed the jetted tub although it is so big that we felt a little bad about the use of so much water. The fireplace was very pleasant and the full kitchen very convenient. The tv set is a maze of services and is confusing and slow to respond. Couldn't find a way to just watch the news. 

Warm respite from walks on the beach in stormy weather.

Tub was nice clean room all around a nice pleaset time ..thank you......... loved the view and close to shops . Also had a little kitchen stove and all even had dishes u could use ...loved it .well go back

Stayed the night was really nice ,clean ,and affordable. Good view and on the beach.close to downtown seaside...........

Cute room - it was clean and comfy. And the property was quiet and cozy. Perfect location when you're staying at the beach with access right across the walkway. Love that it's pet friendly so we could bring our pup with.

Pleasantly surprised!! Clean, plenty of amenities we needed. And all the cute little added touches by housekeeping made us very happy. The furnishings were older but not unpleasant. The shower had great pressure and the spa tub was nice and worked well.

Clean and comfortable

Cute little room - seemed clean.  Ours had a parking lot view, but beach is right around the corner.  Reception was friendly and helpful.  Parking was a bit of an issue as only compact spots out front of rooms and need to compete with other guests for full size spots around the corner.

The absolute best place to stay on the beach.  Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.  The fireplace with the ocean sounds was perfect.  VERY dog friendly place.  Our princess loved her stay as well.

Best Beachfront Inn

The room was perfect for the view and if you have dogs it was the best we have stayed in.  The deck had a gate so you could walk straight to the beach.  The room was very comfortable, as was the bed.  There were a couple of things they could improve on.  The parking was very limited, with a small narrow drive through that you had to back into or out of.  The people above us were extremely noisey on our last night and when I called the office number at 10PM, the woman who answered was in Washington and asked me what I wanted her to do about it, I told her to call them or something and she said she would take care of it in the morning.  By that time it would have been to late as we were leaving in the morning.  As much as I loved the room and the view, I probably would not stay again.
