The hotel is located in the center of the seaside heights.. just few minutes walk to boardwalk and beach. Did have parking in site. Room was clean and good. Everything in seaside is in walking distance from this hotel.

Nice and in Center of all

This motel saved my family's vacation due to a motel that we were supposed to stay at fell through. La Fontana has late night office hours and every other motel shuts down at 8:30pm. Myrtle and her husband were friendly, accommodating, went out of their way to help me since I was in a wheelchair. The first night was on the second floor (13 steps) due to late night booking, but was moved down to first floor the rest of the nights. The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect size. We were 2 blocks away from the beach.

LIFESAVER!!

I was here a few years ago and I absolutely loved this dive motel. It was just like the rooms we used to get when I was a kid and we went to the beach. Great motel to crash in after partying. I wouldn’t recommend taking many valuables. It’s not the motel’s fault it’s the community I think. Favorite motel in the US.

This place I won’t recommend even to my worst enemy...it’s very unsanitary dirty and disgusting...My husband and I had to disinfect the whole room we even had to buy sheets to be able to sleep in bed.. Bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Staff never gave us clean towels, clean sheets or took garbage out we did it ourselves.. Please do yourself a favor do not stay here you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!

The worst place I have ever stay

It is not worth the low price you will pay. There was cigarettes in the bathroom. The bathroom floor didn’t look like it’s been vacuumed in years, there is all sand pushed to the corner. The creases in the shower don’t look like they’ve been properly cleaned in centuries. The air condition has all mold and hair in it COVERED. there is not one garbage in the room. The Tv is for show, it doesn’t work. Most ratchet place in seaside.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.    It is one of the worse motels I have ever stayed at in any country.
The Manager and owners were so rude to us.   The hotel is dirty and unhealthy.   A serious risk to anyone that stays there

Horrible excuse for a motel

I know it’s the beach and i wasn’t looking for anything fancy just clean place to sleep n shower but let me say Scariest ever tub ewe gross door knob missing how can I sleep knowing there was no door knob and a random door that led to a small room creepy

Disgusting, dirty, gross! No one should stay here, it shouldn’t even be open! Holes in walls! Stained beds, linen, towels, floors, walls!  I wouldn’t even recommend to a homeless person for shelter! Sickening!

Should be condemned!

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! On July 22, 2019 I checked in. A TERRIBLE SMELL hit my nose upon entering the room. The room had only a linoleum floor with crumbs and debris collecting in the corners - VERY UNCLEAN. My room had no toilet paper, soap or cups. The walls and switches had various stains and rust. The air conditioner had a thick layer of dust. The mirror had smudges. The toilet stains. IT WAS AWFUL. When the faucet fell off the bathtub they changed my room. The only thing better about the new room was the smell wasn’t as bad except the dresser drawer had a significant layer of dirt. The refrigerator had nasty grime. The beds are hard and feature thinly covered springs. The one man who works there wears the same clothes every day and smokes a lot. He blames the absentee owners for all the problems, but he’s the one on site who could be cleaning the filth. Towels only come in full size - no hand towels or cloths. The side of the hotel I was on requires passing the stench of the garbage bin. It is located across the street from the soup kitchen. The number on the sign isn’t even the hotel’s phone number. The correct number is (732) 644-8253. DON’T DARE USE THE POOL! This is the worst hotel in the United States and a better place can be found in the same neighborhood for the same price.

Worst hotel in the United States

This hotel was less then 1 star. It got at least a one because the one staff member we saw was nice. Let me start off with the door didn’t close all the way. So you could see a gap around the door. The pool was disgusting and not filled... IN JULY!! When we got in the room the towels that they gave were dirty and had dirt and stains on them. The beds had sand and dirt in them. It looked like they just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. The tub had mold around it. The AC machine looked like it’s never been wiped down. The fridge was not plugged in. So we had to wait for it to get cold. The microwave was dirty and had food splatter and smelled. The one cabinet door was moisture swollen and could have been changed out to match the other cabinet door (was a painted piece of plywood). The floors had a slick slime feeling. Then the cherry on the cake... behind the small table between the beds was an OPEN dried marinara container on the floor. They seriously need to re-evaluate their house keeping staff. I probably won’t ever stay here again and I will not be recommending to anyone. The place is cute but way too many strikes in my book.
