Completely nothing like u see on the internet when u look it up. The pictures are probably from when they first opened and was built. Absolutely unsafe, distrusting, gross and unfunctional. Should not pass any health codes. Don’t go there unless u like Mexican music blasting and partying all night long. It’s so bad bad they have a cop circling the whole hotel and walking and looking in all the rooms all night long. The doors don’t lock right bugs can fly in the floor is dirty not worth the money at all. Stay away from this place all bad!

I don't know how this place is in business!!! There was trash EVERYWHERE and smelled like urine as soon as they brought you around back!! The first room they showed us didn't even have covers for the couch cushions, none of the rooms look like they had been cleaned in months! The pictures they have on their site must have been taken when they first built the motel!!! The pool is closed due to lack of upkeep! Everything about this place is gross!! I didn't see any bugs...but I also didn't stay there long enough to find out! Thankfully I got my money back and found another, clean hotel!!!

Disgusting

Amazing comfy and clean beds. I didn't see one bug in my entire stay. Nice Air Conditioning and bathrooms. Truly a magical place. People who have the audacity to write a bad review must be BLIND!!!!!!!!!

The Best Trip I have ever been on

Stayed over July 4th weekend - Room 33 (upstairs; 2 rooms with 2 double beds - Bedroom(15x15) & Bath).  Agree with earlier reviews; front attendees were friendly.  Price made it affordable to go which we were grateful for - $119/night (most were $150 - 180).

Pros: clean: sheets / towels / BR floor / Bathroom,  pool very clean with good water temp (most other pools have algae but this was spotless), AC worked great (once filter was cleaned).  Two blocks from beach / boardwalk & very good / reasonable $ restaurants within 1/2 block (located by Seaside HTs / Seaside Park boarder).  Free ample close-by parking. Decent size / clean refig kept everything very cold. Deadbolt lock plus security chain.  All tenants friendly, well behaved & quiet.   Allowed bikes to be chained to fence.

Cons: found AC filter to be caked furry filth (probably wasn't cleaned in 5 yrs), poor shower pressure with only luke warm temp, cloths draws didn't pull out (screws held draw face to unit), 1980's 20" box TV (but there was cable),  motel wifi kept dropping (but Optimum worked very well for hrs), bed buckled badly in the middle (slept along edges), deck flooring had areas that needed to be re-nailed.  Only had 2 small bureau tops to keep stuff & no shelving - had to pile things up, or keep on floor or in car.  Yes, wasn't up to date outside (peeling dull paint).  All 5 BBQ grills looked pretty beaten up.

Luckily great weather so weren't in room very much. Grateful for building some great memories - helped son understand the value of getting good education.

Guess this was good value for money(?)

DO NOT STAY AT THIS “MOTEL” IF IT’S THE LAST ONE AVAILABLE. DO NOT STAY HERE JUST BECAUSE ITS A LITTLE CHEAPER. Immediately upon checking in we went to put our daughter down for a nap, pulled the tightly tucked covers and BUGS. Absolutely disgusting. Immediately checked out. They would NOT refund our whole monies. A BBB complaint and lawsuit had to be submitted. After speaking to other patrons and the manager herself admitting they had any issue in the past, it is clear that this hotel is negligent, and a threat to public safety, along with its affiliated hotels all owned by the same managers.

Great stay with great rooms with a kitchen. Awesome pool and a block away from the boardwalk! The room are comfy and the owners are great they make sure you are comfortable and the room is clean for you.

Amazing as always

Terrible!!  Place to stay . Floor is sticky. Tube TV. Only plus , is free parking , and bars in area if you don’t want a DUI. They overcharge you for out dated rooms  with semi-gloss paint on ceiling. Terrible air conditioning with duct tape .

Terrible

It was rented as a place to stay to work in the area. It had hot water and clean sheets. The bed was comfortable enough and the heat worked good. the pillows were a bit flat but if you ask for more they will give to you.
