Overall, the room was clean. The floor was dirty....we had to wear flip flops. The bathroom had recently been remodeled with nice tile, although it was a very small space. There was a high-tech mirror that talked, but we'd rather have at least 1 chair in the room. No table, no chairs. No rack/bar/closet to hang clothes.  Front desk people were accomodating when we needed towels, TP, etc.  Pool was nice except for the barbecue grills. They didn't have an ice machine but they had grills which attracted big families with obnoxious kids. People were in the pool at midnight while "security" and night desk guy watched. Just another Seaside motel.... pick your poison.

Once was enough.... won't book again

The room was very nice.  The night manager was great in keeping the neighbors quiet.  When they did not listen, he immediately went to them a second time and was polite in giving me another room away from them.  He was very pleasant to me, and I appreciated it.  Yes, the pillows and bed were very comfortable!!!!

Management Takes charge

LISTEN! My favorite part of this place is David! He’s so helpful, accommodating, and handy! This is Seaside your not getting Marriot rooms anywhere here. I can promise you that. We rented a 3br apartment that was recently renovated and it was less then half a block to the beach. It had a full kitchen, patio has pool, grills, and lots of chairs. I’ll take great customer service, good prices, and convenience any day!! 

Great deal and most convenient area of the boardwalk beach area.

I'm extremely picky about hotels especially when traveling with our kids and I would stay here again. The check in time was a little too late for us but the place was clean and looked newly redone. The guy that worked at the desk during the night was AMAZING!!! Our TV looked like someone had hit it with something previously and had lines through the screen where you couldn't watch it, which wouldn't have mattered much to us if we didn't have the little ones. The maintenance man was supposed to swap one out for us and didn't, the desk guy and my husband swapped the TV out. It looked like the cleaning crew just sweeps stuff behind the beds and behind the dresser because there was dirt and a hair ball. Overall though the room was clean and neat, staff was great, I wish we had gotten the guys name, parking was tight and he was even extremely helpful with that. It was a very short walk to the beach which is great when you're carrying a lot of stuff and have kids. Also in walking distance to shops and restaurants besides just on the boardwalk. 

Would stay here again

Found a motel that claims they are handicapped accessible. I'm in a wheelchair and this was the ONLY motel that was "handicapped accessible". Got to the motel and it's all steps. First floor had a high step to get into the room. Didn't even stay there! Found another motel at 9:00pm in a Monday. The Office people were friendly online (email), but as soon as I showed up in person, I couldn't even get into the office due to a high step and the office was OVERCROWDED with junk. I had to send my daughter in to do the business, which was none!
DO NOT GO HERE! I had a customer that was already checked in and was switching their room for the THIRD time, due to the bolt on the front door was broken (first room), drop ceiling fell in the bathroom (second room). Get my drift?

False Advertising

Cleaning needs to actually happen and not like a teenager cleaning their bedroom, the bathroom smelled worse than my turtle tank and on top of that the sink was leaking and shower handle broke, endless garbage on the sides of the “beds”. Felt like I was on tour in Iraq.

Do not book this place

The pictures of the beach houses are NOT ACCURATE and make the places look decent. 

The only good thing about the beach house we stayed in was that it was very close to the beach.

Do not walk, RUN as fast as you can from even thinking about renting from Dry Dock. We rented a “beach house” and it was the worst place I have ever seen. 

There was NO DOOR on the bathroom. 

There were ants EVERYWHERE!

There was mildew and mold everywhere. 

It smells.

The couches look as if they were picked up from side of the road on bulk trash day.

The floors are nasty and sticky and have gaps with crud in between. Only a couple of the windows actually open. 

Went to Walmart to get bedding (pillows included) since we could not trust the cleanliness of what was provided. Not only that, it looks like it is from 1945. And probably not washed since then.

Nobody (out of 5 girls) wanted to take a shower because it looked so gross. 

We also did not want to cook because the stove was gross.

Sorry there is not a reading lower enough for this motel.
1) The security chain was busted off the wall.
2) there was mold  on the ceilingI
n the bathroom.
3) The air conditioner that was in the wall was too small for the sleeve that was installed. So that use apparently foil duct tape to fill in the gaps around the air conditioner. 
4) Old furniture with cigarette burns in the sheets on the cushions of the chair. 
5) went to turn on the light by the bed and found a dead bug above the light. 
6) furniture look like it was found at a garage sale.
7) The sink look like it was something thrown together with extra wood found in the back of the building. 

I wish I took pictures to show proof. 

I should have slept in my car 

Booked for a weekend out. Place needs some hardcore tlc.
SUPER!! pissed that I paid for 2 nights and its not refundable. Found a candy wrapper in the bedding! the dresser is missing most its handles, found HAIR IN THE SHOWER that was so not mine (I have straight white blonde hair, this was curly and dark). And dried gum on the shower curtain.
NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO RELAX OR BE CLEAN.
Theres a constant buzzing sound as well, not sure where its coming from, maybe another room's a/c. Also thumps of music from several nearby clubs/bars.
I got a "free upgrade" to this bigger room. Would have preferred my money back and a warning how run down this place is.

DIRTY GROSS ROOM! So much for the "free upgrade".

Black, greasy dirt, base of toilet dirty, toilet seat does not fit bowl.  I was told the room is not routinely cleaned.  I would need to ask for specific service and be in room when person arrives.  This was told to me regarding having floor swept. Pick another hote6. I can't believe any travel sites even allow this place to list with them.
