I did not go there because i could not find the contact information on line.
I have been there before and it is a dive but slightly above  some of the other sleezy joints  in the area. 
I stayed at the Atlantic motel this time which was one low foreven me. I think primarily occupied by the homeless.   It was just skeevy. I didn't unpack my bag or dare eat in the room. I think I've learned my lesson and will just spend more money in the future. Still feeling itchy from the experience.

The sleeze scale

So unfriendly. I realize we were arriving very very late in the evening but the person attending the office was just awfully rude. Sadly, it's not our first encounter with this hotel. We foolishly thought the first time was a fluke. People on vacation would like to be treated respectfully. Very unfortunate 

Unfriendly 

Came to stay with my wife, and kids as a last resort. Let me tell you, if it weren’t for the pool being a little decent for the kids I would have ran away like forest. The old lady at the desk was as rude as I don’t know what, and for some reason I got and Adams family vibe from here. You had the daughter doing house keeping, the brother in a room on the first floor. And the husband in and out watching everyone going in and out of the pool, not to mention a dog that walks around and jumps in the pool like nothing. 

Disgusting!

At a last minute idea to go on a road trip to the shore, I arrived in seaside heights about 9:30pm. Of all the motels I pulled into, nothing seemed open. I pulled into Mark III. There was no one in the office, but there was a sign to ring bell. I did as instructed, and a pleasant voice answered. She , owner, came down and checked me in. Very good price, very clean room, pet friendly! A little musty, to be expected after a lot of storms lately. Check out was also pleasant. Owner answered all questions I had about were to go to eat, etc. I would go back and recommend

I get this is an old/dated motel- but it was actually fifthy and dirty. I had a blow up bed in my car from a previous trip that I didn’t plan on using. I blew it up in the room and used my beach towels as blankets to opt out sleeping in those beds. There was poop stains on our toilet seat before we even used the bathroom. Ants all over the counters. Service was terrible, never ever again. Rather have paid for/slept in a storage space.

Dirty + scary

I booked a room at the Mark III and  they didn't have a room ready sent me to the Apollo across the street their dog motel, no hot water the entire stay, pet urine stain on chair. Disgusting don't do it. Rude owner no help at all. Disheveled office attendant.

Worst ever. Don't do it. 

Went to this place the night before the famous plunge.  I didn't look at ratings but it looks decent from the outside.  It stopped there.  The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet with obvious stains and hairs on it had not been clean but the friggen sanitized paper was on it.  There was no hot water and the shower was just as disgusting.  Should have walked out as soon as I went into the office and it wreaked of cigarettes!!!!  Don't stay unless it's a last resort. 

Place is a Dive!!!

I'd say you get what you pay for but I paid way more than I should have. Pretty sure half the rooms where full time residents. I did not feel safe inside or outside of the room at night. Only positive was how friendly the office staff was.
