I can't understand HOW I don't see many reviews about how unbelievably LOUD this place is. It's right on a VERY busy corner where so many loud motorcycles, and trucks drive by. And the walls and windows don't keep any of the noise out. I travel with a white noise machine and good ear plugs (not the ones they provide you in the drawer which tells you something right there.) That did nothing. Every few minutes we were woken up by the noise. I have never had this problem at any hotel in my life. We were losing our minds-trying to sleep and being woken up. Even my 9 year old was getting upset when he couldn't fall asleep for a long, long while. It ruined the end of our trip. We ACTUALLY booked the beautiful Marriott at the airport, 15 minutes away for not much more money, woke our children up and left the hotel at midnight. We were too tired to go to the island on our last day because we were up for hours in the middle of the night. It was absolutely AWFUL. 
They gave us half the money back. 
The area is terrible too. Scummy. The hotel is decorated in an almost-creepy, cheap way but it was clean. The staff was very very friendly and nice when we checked in. But it's worth about $75 a night, NOT $250!! If you're using drugs or will be drunk, then maybe you could sleep through the night. But it's actually not much less than the Marriott which was one of the best hotel experiences I have EVER had!

TERRIBLY LOUD-left in middle of the night.

This hotel is simple and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious with lots of chairs for reading or working at a desk. The breakfast is simple, but satisfying. The front desk staff are very helpful with transit tips, restaurant recommendations and arranging transportation.

We would stay again!

The staff was great! I spent a night after attending a night baseball game followed by a day game the next day. I come from out of town so I see two games in one trip.  I always stay at Georgetown Inn! The rooms are always clean and the staff so welcoming!

Take me out to the ballgame

Very clean and well priced. We stayed here briefly after a long day of flying to the city.   We knew we wouldn't be able to drive to Port Angeles after landing shortly after 9 PM and picking up a rental car. The light breakfast in the morning was nice and it had good coffee.

Crash pad in Seattle

The Georgetown Inn was affordable, clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile park and it was a $15 cab ride over.  
Parking at the hotel was secure and there were plenty of food choices and fun boutique type shops around the corner. 
The continental breakfast was tasty and the coffee was hot and ready when we woke up. 
All the staff we interacted with were very polite, friendly and helpful.  
I recommend the Georgetown Inn!

Affordable and Comfortable

Such friendly and accommodating staff! At every turn, they took the hassle out of doing business with them - not always one’s experience with hotels. Room was so clean; this is our number one priority.  And, we felt very safe and secure - another priority when traveling. We highly recommend staying here if in the Georgetown area of Seattle. 

Delightful stay; 5 Stars!

Great Service. Loved the coffee and how walk able it was to restaurants and bars. I am so glad that this place has been in business since 1992.  Breakfast pastries are tasty too! Free parking is a huge plus and rare in Seattle!

One Night Stay

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this family owned hotel, and once again it was wonderful!  The entire property is very clean, the beds and linens are really comfortable, there’s complimentary coffee and hot tea available all day and nice pastries and fruit every morning.  And if that’s not enough — they charge only $1 for a cold bottle of water !  Also, I understand there’s complimentary laundry but I’ve not used it yet. The desk clerks are very pleasant and accommodating, we very much enjoyed getting familiar with Ethan and Trin.  We also enjoy the  nice restaurants located  within walking distance of the hotel. We’ll definitely continue to stay at the Georgetown Inn during our twice per year visit to Seattle. Great place, no frills, but otherwise excellent !! Thank you, Georgetown Inn. Great place, no frills, but otherwise excellent!

I picked this for the location to the ballpark and free parking. It had both of those. But the bed in the room wasn't comfortable, and it felt like a sketchy part of town. Free breakfast was just a couple of rolls cut into pieces. 

For the price I should have stayed a bit farther out of town.

Ok experience

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. For the price, this is a great place to stay and there are amazing places to eat within walking distance; one of our favorite places was the Pig Iron....so delicious! This is a great place for the price and my only suggestion would be to add coffee pots in the rooms! Thank you Georgetown Inn and we will be staying with you again soon.....
