I am definitely moving out when the lease is up this year. I lived here two years. Although the location is great, that is the main reason stayed for two years. The overall low rating is for the apt management. They lost my $950 package and refuse to be responsible for it. The vendor refuse to refund since their mail tracking shows the delivery was made to the apt. The apt's mail system video shows the staff took it out of the mail box, but not able to locate them. After waiting two months, the manager showed me the lease contract clause, says that they are not responsible for mails, and asked me to have delivery made some where else if not happy. Also, the apt recently renovated to worse. They took the kitchen out of the resident's lounge, and cannot host any meal together anymore; the lounge fireplace is stayed broken all winter, and the remote is kept at the manager's office, not usable at all when you want it on when having guests. I am leaving. Not a community oriented place, that is why you never see anyone mingling, very lonely place...

They loose your mail pkg, and shows the lease clause saying they are not responsible.. low rating also for res lounge

My family rent a room for a half year. The building is unique, beautiful lobby with smiling service people, excellent equipment at public area. The room is also at a very good decoration and suitable living room, bed rooms and bathroom. I love it.

The building & room

The apartment, building and common areas are nice. Doorman was a  pleasure. The location is awesome, very convenient to Pike Market. Beds are super comfortable. Each bedroom has its own thermostat. 

Our particular apartment left something to be desired.  A third of a roll of toilet paper in each of the two bathrooms with no extra rolls for four adults for five days is simply ridiculous. No kitchen dish towels.  No bathroom trash bins. Not even service for four in silverware, let alone anything that matches. Two nice coffee cups and some trashy plastic ones that wouldn't hold a full cup of coffee were added after many complaints on airbnb. Pictures indicated there was coffee - which there was but only a third of what was pictured- looked tacky and was falsly advertised. Kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned. Whole apartment was only surface clean. Advertised as having Apple TV but there was no remote. We had to text the owner for the WiFi password there were no instructions or any welcome information anywhere. If these few things were addressed this would an amazing place to stay.



Apt 1909 via airbnb - host Siegen

Excellent 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Very good location. The building is safe well maintained. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything that we may have needed. We rented through Sea to Sky Rentals - and they were efficient and pleasant.

Metropolitan Tower Skyline Suite Unit 2711

We had a wonderfull apartment (one bedroom) at 23. floor in Metropolitan Tower Apartments. The apartment was clean and there was taken care of basic needs with shampoo, lots of towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee etc for a good beginning.

The key to the apartment should be delivered from Global Service Apartment. It was'nt there when we should check in, but Sandy Jaeger - the concierge at Metropolitan Tower - was so helpfull and did everything to help us out with other phonenumbers etc. We went shopping and a few hours later the key was in place.

It was our first time in wonderfull Seattle and Sandy and Charlene at the front desk gave us a lot of good ideas to get the Best out of our visit. 

Many things, Pike Place Market, Space Needle and Chihuly Glass & Garden are in walking distance from the Metropolitan Tower there are placed right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. We also went hiking at Rattlesnake Ledge and had a wonderfull trip to Lincoln Park among other places.

We Can really recommend eating at The Pink Door at Pike Place Market!!! Go see Chihuly Glass & Garden in the evening - so so beautifull by Night!
