HORRIBLE place! Avoid at all costs. No AC (A wall unit that could not be plugged in), No TV that works, NO Cable connected (when we connected it there were no channels!), people working on their cars in the parking lot, filthy people walking around in pajama pants, hookers lurking around the property. Asked for a refund after seeing our room. They refused! 
I also left behind two jackets in my haste to leave and they also refused to ship them back to me even though I am paying for shipping! Nasty place and the front desk people do not speak English! 
Horrible absolutely Horrible!

Avoid at ALL COSTS!

In all fairness a current unbiased revue is needed in light of some of the past unfortunate experiences reported.
I'm a current resident and rent by the week here, I have resided here for just over 6 Months so I feel qualified to present an insightful writing as to what can be expected by ones stay here.
First of all it is a very safe place to lay your head for  restful sleep without undue interruptions..
This is an older Motel so the fixtures and furniture are dated accordingly however all appliances (Microwaves, Air conditioners, Baseboard heaters, smoke detectors, refers, stoves etc are up to par as far as function, granted they may not be the latest model but do work a designed, dark grey carpets may have some stains however are kept clean as are the rest of the rooms, they are attended to by a friendly, competent housekeeping crew and the maintenance people although shorthanded and over tasked do an excellent job as they attend to it, scheduling is don by reports received through and by the office.
The owners, I have found to be are great people to work with however as a past resident reported when communicating with them keep you speech short and use "key" words not lengthy sentences in order to properly convey desires.
Make utterly sure of prices before paying in order to avoid any misunderstandings or ill will at a later time. feel free to voice any concerns with the owners in the office, Angela, Chi and David are good hosts and great people,
If you are not a "nitpicker" and expecting an extravagant place of lodging (for the value) this is the place to choose to stay, I recommend it without any regrets to my friends and family.

The motel is ok for the price.
Be careful while choosing rooms.
Some rooms are horrible.
The ones at the right side of entrance on the ground floor are good.I stayed in number 58.
The guy in reception was entertaining.
Apparently a Korean guy, speak with him in words not sentences. Good guy though, ready to help all the time.
He might even drive you to places to buy stuffs, in case you don't have car.
Ask for bargain if staying more than a day.

Choose rooms sensibly

Stopped in on a Saturday night walked in the room and left. We have been driving cross country since Vermont, staying in motels and hotels all across country and this is my first time I couldn't stay at a place and had to leave. We apparently got the last room, my boyfriend paid while I waited in the car, strange things seemed to be going on in parking lot. We got the last room and when we pulled up the door was wide open, room stunk of smoke, bed seemed to be messed up, burn marks on dressers,bed cover,pillow and table all at a quick glance. I went in bathroom  and the sink was disgusting and a bloody towel was on the floor. The lady tried to tell me the room was clean and she always leaves the doors open, we asked to be refunded and left. 
Stayed at three rivers up the road, nice and clean, just thinking about staying at that place made my skin crawl.

Gross!

After many days traveling around Seattle, we let our guards off. That's why we ended up in this place. Also, it was late and dark, and there were no places around. There was no A/C in our room, and the fan was so loud, so that we had to turn that off in the middle of the night, as well as the fridge.  There was no light for the shower. Stay away!
