The ac wouldn’t cool down the room even after being left on for hours. There were dead ants and other bugs in the bathroom. Final straw was the roaches. Would definitely not recommend for anyone to stay here. 

Highly do not recommend

The place is well lit, easy to get into and has ample parking and convenient to eateries, fuel locations, and right off Interstate.  The place is dated, could use some new carpet flooring, the AC in the room we stayed in seemed like the Freon was low so it felt humid, the art work is nice and beds are comfortable.  Over all they are not bad for the price and if you’re not spending lots of time in the place it works fine.  

Reasonable for price

Will come back and will again stay here.. very comfortable and clean room. Able to park car by room to observe car safety. Felt safe here, and area was pretty 
 quiet.  Will again stay here next time we come back



Great location

I checked into this hotel for two days the first day I was busy until late and really didn't  check the place out.  The next day I was done at noon and saw what I had gotten myself into.  The room was just beat.   The bathroom exhaust fan was hanging down from the ceiling.   The toilet paper roller was coming out of the wall.  Over the sink there was a hole with apiece of paper stuck in it.  The walls were dirty and had many holes in them. The over\er bed lamps were all crooked.  The lampshade on the lamp by the chair was crooked and smashed.  Also it didn't even have a bulb in it.  The A/C worked but smelled dirty.  the bathroom door had some sort of spots running down it also the paint was bad.  One of the mattresses had a huge stain on it.  Although I didn't see any signs of bed bugs I feel they were there as my hip now has 6 or 7 bite marks.  Don' stay here unless you are extremely desperate

A real dump

This has been the worst experience of my life: the structure is very old-looking, the room is very dark and the furniture are old. The worst part of the experience is cleaning of the room: completely unacceptable, the bathroom was dirty in each single part and I felt very uncomfortable to use it.

Whenever I look for a place to stay, I always look at the parking lot and if outdoors, the walkways. Here they were both clean and free of debris. That usually tells me the owner/management has an eye for detail. 
I rented a room based on that. 

I am in room 214 right now and it is really clean. There were a couple of places with dust, but that could be solved by the taller staff. 

Our room is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is what I expect from any hotel. 

My two interactions with the staff were pleasant and addressed my need.

I will stay here again and suggest it to my friends.

As good as it looks

Wonderful front desk personal, affordable,  clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Check in and out was quick. Didn't get a chance to see the breakfast cause we slept in till check out time. Always stay here ❤

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip to New Braunfels.  We noticed no issues upon initial check-in.  We left to enjoy our evening plans and returned late at night.  Once we were preparing for bed, we noticed that one of the beds had mouse feces all over the upper portion of the bed.  It was under the pillows and sheets.  It was pretty late, so we just shared the other bed.  In the morning, I notified the front desk.  The woman didn't seem to care.  She said they just had pest control out last week to spray for mice?  She completely disregarded everything even with photos.  She didn't offer up anything and was quick to end the conversation.  I was extremely disappointed, I paid a $100 for a hotel room infested with mice and had to share a bed unexpectedly.  Even worse, in the morning there was even more mouse feces in that bed than there was before we went to sleep.

 My first "non-smoking" room was in a nice, quiet corner upstairs. It was definately a smoking room, I was transferrerd to a different non -smoking room. Unfortunately it was located in the middle of all other rented rooms... I could here TVs, showers and foot steps above me. Front desk was very nice, rooms clean except we would have liked to have more than just two towels. It was priced a little high for an older motel. I would visit again if a 4-Star isnt available.

Quick Stay, New Customer

Super 8 was a very nice & clean hotel. It was very affordable even on short notice. I would stay at a Super 8 again.
