Picture shows one story motor inn. Therefore as a slightly handicapped person I didn't even think to ask when I made the reservation. Upon arrival we were told that the only rooms available were on the second story in a separate building.

And beware, NO ICE MACHINE on a 95° Texas summer day.

The rooms are freshly painted &  refurbished and very nice. Beds are comfortable.

My boyfriend and I were exhausted at 2AM and 4 hours away from home, when we called several hotels for an opening. This hotel had a 2 bed available for a little over $100 for one night. At the time we thought that was the best deal it being a busy night on spring break. However once we got there and to our rooms, we realized we made a huge mistake. The room smelled terrible, even though it's no smoking. There were needles in the bathroom and no hot water. The fridge didn't work. The door didn't lock securely at all. The AC and TV worked though. Had we not been so tired we would have left and looked elsewhere. When we asked an explanation why we were charged so much for such terrible conditions the wife of the owner said it being such a busy night she could have charged as high as $399. I continued to ask her to explain how that's fair when so many things are wrong with the place and she got her husband, who just said that they will fix it, they will not give us a refund, and we needed to leave. I highly recommend nobody stay here, ever.

America's Worst Value Inn

This motel is old and does need some improvement. The outside of the motel could use a paint job. Decent room. Large curtains - missing hanger hooks. No deadbolt on the door, Does have security chain. Older style television. Had to turn the tv off and on manually. Everything else is on remote.  Decent bed. Good wifi signal. There are two sections of the motel. Microwave and mini-fridge in the room.  There is a Dairy Queen and a Sonics close by.

Older Motel - Needs Improvement

I did research on this property...all I can say is they have an awesome marketing department. We arrived on the property and I was very disappointed.  It was not very clean, we checked in and the room was low quality.  Our bathroom needed major repairs and when we shut our door you could see light.  There was about a 1/2 inch gap on the side and bottom.  We were there to surprise my Father in law for his birthday, so we were stuck for the night.  Needless to say I did not sleep.

Very misleading

We arrived went to our room found bugs in the beds the rooms weren't vacuumed. They gave us another room which had a SYRINGE under the mattress and ROACHES crawling around. We complained they offered a third room but wouldn't give our money back. Never AGAIN!
