This place is disgustingly dirty and unkempt. We checked in and 10 minutes later checked out and they have not refunded our money. 
I don’t believe the linens were clean considering that nothing else was clean. Dark garbage filled entryways, open junction boxes in the closet, floors covered in stains and debris, and the whole place smells of weed and cigarettes. 


Dirty unkempt falling apart looks abandoned 

The word "Quality" should be removed from the title of this hotel. If I arrived during daylight, I would have left immediately!  The staff was no where to be found to check in. The person who finally came to the front desk was dressed in everyday sweats. She was at least pleasant to speak with. The room was filthy!!! The bathroom was very dirty- pee on the toilet seat, dirty mirrors, rust stained shower and stained toilets. The towels were even dirty and stained!  Our only saving grace is our sheets were clean (our neighbor wasn't so lucky). The curtains had holes in them and the air unit was dirty (just like the floors and walls). I was happy we didn't need to use the refrigerator because it had white stuff all over the bottom and shelves. In the morning I went to check out the continental breakfast and I wish I hadn't. They had no hot food unless you wanted to make a waffle in a dirty waffle iron with waffle batter that was separated and lumpy. There was a jar of peanut butter you can share with the rest of the guests and packets of oatmeal. Totally unacceptable. Do NOT believe the pictures you see on their website- totally false advertising. If I could give it no stars I would have!

The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful.  That's about all I can say that is positive.  The room was filthy.  I didn't notice these things till after I had spent the night.  The pillowcase was by far the worst.  I actually slept on this pillow.   I discovered the toilet seat filth when I closed the lid to set my towels on it.  The other photo is of the soap dish in the shower.  I have more photos, not included that show the dirt and hair on the telephone, the hair dryer, the refrigerator, etc.  Amazing that this place is in business.  

Worst hotel experience ever

We had a reservation at the Quality Inn & Suites in Danville Pa for Aug 17-22! A confirmed and paid reservation! Get there tonight and your rather rude employee tells me my room is unavailable and the best she can do is 2 full beds. I booked and paid for a king bed. So i ask if she refunding me the difference in price and she tells me no. She said we never paid for the room so it was given to another guest. The room had been paid for since February! I showed her my credit card statement and she calls me a liar! She has full intentions of charging me again! So instead she canceled our reservation!! I then over hear a guest say his room is hot. She tells him there’s no ac working in many of the rooms! Yet she checks in another guest knowing this & doesn’t tell them. We are now searching for a room which is costing us almost 200.00 more! Is an hour plus away from our destination as well. We went to several hotels nearby to find out that your employee did this to several other guests tonight as well! 
I can promise you this i will tell everyone i know to NEVER stay at your hotels ever again. 
Your customer service was zero. When she cancelled our reservation I asked just where are we to go and she said “guess that’s your problem”. 
Don’t stay here. Even if you have a paid & confirmed reservation doesn’t mean they won’t give your room away.

Horrible Hotel. Run! Don’t stay here

This appears to have been a nice hotel long ago and then purchased by slum lords. The water is rusty, you can smell it when you use the faucet and there's rust all over the towels. Our toilet was peeling and there seemed to be black mold on the back of the bathroom door. Our phone rang 3 separate times between 3 and 4 am even though there was no dial tone. I had 2 small sleeping children in the room and it was hard to see where the phone jack was without turning on the light. If the phones were non-functional, why were they even there??? The breakfast was pitiful including a pump pot for hot water for tea and oatmeal- that was cold, among many other breakfast offenses.We went to use the pool, it was out of commission because a guy told us no one had been maintaining the chlorine and now he had to shock it.  Lots of evidence that things have broken over time and were never repaired. When I complained they passed me on to corporate. I don't complain about hotels but this one was bad. Don't do it.

Terrible

I did not feel safe at this hotel. I stay at hotels every week and I was not comfortable outside of my room. The parking lot lights were all off and no one was at the desk at night and in the morning. There was no breakfast and when I called the number posted at the desk, the guy said he was off site and would be there at 8:00 and that no one was there. My room had mold along the ceiling and I didn't have bar soap and I was told I had to get it from housekeeping in the morning.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.  The room was filthy dirty with clumps of mud/dirt/sod on the floor.  The bed frame was broken.  The bathroom sink did not drain.  The toilet bowl was stained and it looked like it was full of urine.  The water stank.
Never stay here.

Awful

Recently we stayed at the Quality Inn, Danville.  Upon checking in, the girl at the counter advised that if we parked out back, it is very dark.  She wanted to put us on the second floor, but they do not have an elevator.  Since my mom is elderly, I told her we needed the first floor.  She stated that they usually do not rent the first floor.  When we drove to the rear, there was a mop stick holding the door open.  The entire place reeked of "Weed".  Upon entering the room, you could smell stale cigarettes.  The water stunk so bad and was so "orange" that we did not feel safe to shower.  There were not enough towels so I went to the office to get additional towels and ask for a tea bag.  What hotel does not have a tea bag...THIS ONE.  The towels that they provided were stained orange.  The hallway had a horrific smell of weed.  The mattresses were terrible and you could feel the springs through the mattress.  The water was so bad that we could not even brush our teeth.  They advertised free breakfast in the morning.  When we drove around to the lobby, there was a very heavy scent of weed.  I said out loud how nasty the smell was.  We entered into the "breakfast area".  The coffee dispensers were filthy so that we did not feel comfortable drinking the coffee.  There was no food but there was a nasty waffle iron with batter that could have been there for a week or two.  There was yogurt that was bought at the local Walmart and the refrigerator needed cleaning.  Oddly, when we walked back into the lobby, there was a pleasant smell of air freshener.  I assume that the guy behind the counter knew that he got caught smoking his weed on the job.  THIS IS A DISGRACE THAT THIS HOTEL IS ALLOWED TO WEAR THE CHOICE LABEL.

CHILDREN OF THE CORN HAVE NOTHING ON THIS PLACE.

Most unprofessional incompetent staff in the world! I arrived at 10:30 PM on Saturday, 5 people behind the desk and no one had any idea of what to do. They over charged my credit card by $18 and I’ve been calling for 4 days and no one knows what’s going on!

Sleep in the street, you’re better off!!!

Staff does not wear any kind of uniform or name tag and was found playing slot games in the lobby instead of actually working upon arrival. Property is in need of renovation.  They have a sign limiting guests to 1 waffle and the butter was not in single serve form.  Nobody was attending the breakfast.  The water smells coming out of the shower.  Our bed made was worn out and squeeky.  You have to go to front desk to ask for a remote control for the 32 inch 0nn roku tv that has sd cable channels and about 5 local hd channels.  They need to improve the lighting in the parking lot since there is barely any lighting.
