The rooms are so clean and the location for us is perfect. This is not a national chain, but a local family owned business, which makes us thrilled to support the local community.

Incredible Value Clean Comfortable Room

Outstanding hidden gem! My lady and I felt the urge to stop earlier than we anticipated last night. And when we look up nearest places to stay first and best rated, all said blarny! Found it with ease! Staff was so pleasant and friendly! Rooms very comfortable and priced very responsible. We suggest it highly! Very clean and quiet! Great water pressure!

Surprise find

I had two horrible experience in different motels in this town, but my room was more that just satisfactory. It was completely clean while still having a normal smell and nothing like chemicals or bleach. To top it off the staff made me feel welcome and were kind to me (even at 5 am when I arrived). If I get the chance I'll definitely stay here once again.

Amazing Hospitality

I stayed here after being recommended by my uncle about this place. I would say this motel is cleaner and above average compared to other hotels chains in the area. The price was definitely a steal by how my overall experience was.

My Stay Was Satisfyingly Unproblematic

The man at the counter was very helpful in getting us checked in and offering suggestions on where to get food locally and he made some suggestions on what to do in Amarillo. The price of the rooms were so reasonable that we got 2 rooms. One for my wife and myself and the other for our teens. It brought me back to the days when my family would travel and we would stay in 1970s motels. No frills but very comfortable. The AC was a wall unit that actually made the room very cool on a hot Texas day. The bed was comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Flat screen TV on the wall and an ice machine you could use to fill your cooler. Lastly, it's pet friendly at $10 a dog. A wonderful stay along Route 66 and we will stay here again when we travel the Mother Road.

Such a great stay!

The guy at the counter was really helpful, kind, and was more than enthusiastic about helping us in anyway he could. The parking is right next to the rooms and that made it easy to move out luggage into the room. My kids enjoyed watching tv and sleeping on a clean and cozy bed. The free wifi felt like a blessing to me, considering how slow it is at my own home.

I have been at this motel on multiple occasions and was pleased that it wasn't closed, considering Covid. My room had an alluring bathroom and had more than enough space. The motel is in a small town and that made it really easy to get around and sleep at night with minimal noise. The only issue I had was not being able to connect to the wifi, but I called the front desk and they fixed the issue in less than 3 minutes. I have always had an overall pleasant and positive experience at this hotel and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending it; the clerk was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Wonderful Stay!

I was driving for nearly 6 hours straight and had to stop somewhere. So i just chose to stay here.
 When i got my room it was incredible pleasant with it being cooled down with an actually ac that isn’t  incredibly loud, a comfy bed and fast wifi.
 The lady at the front desk also recommended me a really nice place to eat and it was delicious.

Quick Stay

Good place. Simple,clean,new carpet and remodeled bathroom, heater worked well, a bit noisy but only because it's oversized for the room. Water was hot! Bed was comfortable, tv was good sized with good selection of stations. Best deal on rte.40.

Just as stated

Last minute trip but clerk was very helpful. I had no trouble calling and booking a room. Weather was not what I expected and was not prepared for the cold but heat worked quickly. My room was warm in no time because Lady clerk name Suzy went ahead after i booked the room and turn on the heat for me. room was clean and nice comfy.
