I was the one who spent weeks searching for a luxury cabin with a view in Eureka Springs. I was crying so loud when we arrived at this property, I did not want to get out of the car! The management sent us the wrong GPS coordinates. The road to the property was not marked at all. And I am being generous calling it a road. Roads are paved. This is a should be traveled by 4 wheel drive vehicles only nightmare! Nothing on our reservation said what cabin we were in so that was also confusing. And what view? No lakes, no rivers, no mountains, no wildlife, nothing. This cabin is out in the middle of nowhere...next to a cattle ranch! We did not see another living soul at this property all week. And show me one wisteria and I will take everything back I have said. But you can't! There is not so much as one potted plant on this entire property! There were lots of spiders, ants and wasps, however. NO cell service, no wife, no internet. Sheets that do not fit the bed. Sheets and pillowcases that do not match. Washcloths have holes. Not enough linens for a 4 night stay. Toiletries for one night. We booked a 4 night stay. No facial or bath bars at all! Fully furnished kitchen? Not hardly. That would require trash bags, dish cloths, dish towels, a liquid measuring cup, cookie sheets, containers with lids, foil, wax paper, plastic wrap. There were dish tabs, but no dishwasher. I booked this cabin as I thought the jacuzzi would be good for my husband recovering from knee surgery. We could have done without the wall-sized mirror. It made the whole cabin look like the set of a 70's porno movie! My husband and I both tripped over the step up to the bed on the way to the bathroom. And we both tripped over all the rugs in the cabin. Definitely a hazzard! The dual reclining couch was broken on the left side. All of the faucets and showerhead were clogged with sediment and need new washers. Closet door is catching on a screw in the track and will not close. Outside grill is nasty, missing a drip pan and not working properly. No music upon our arrival. NO waterfall. No continental breakfast delivered on our first morning. Nothing! And the worst part. We left several calls for management to remedy the situation. And we did not get one return phone call from anyone! But have no fear. I am telling everyone I can about the horrible experience we had at these cabins!

Don't waste your money!

I booked this for two nights for our honeymoon expecting the following : this is the description of services you read on their site: When you open the door to the casual elegance, you'll hear romantic music and see the soft lights glowing ~ you will feel truly pampered. The fully furnished kitchens include complimentary coffee, specialty hot chocolate, tea, gourmet tea latte. Enjoy the continental breakfast, complimentary in your cabin the first morning of your stay. We offer a variety of packages, from 'Wine and Roses" to Massage Therapists who will come to your cabin for a delightful, relaxing one-hour massage for the two of you. 

None of this is correct!!!! First when I booked the room I emailed to see about the package for our honeymoon and how to book the massage. They send back the picture of the wine, flowers, and strawberries and explain since Covid they no longer due massages. Understandable. But the mention of all other services was never mentioned. We arrived at 11:00 to no music, no soft lighting, fire place didn't work, no flowers or flower petals, no wine, or strawberries. We had complimentary coffee in the room in packages like a motel. The following morning no breakfast either. When I texted them and emailed about the wine, flowers, strawberries, fire place not working, or the wifi password since cell service is one bar. They replied with the message they don't have wifi. No response on the other services that we did not have. After several calls, emails, and texts and stopping by Chamber of Commerce and they explained these are new owners and own Regency Motel so maybe will answer that phone.  They did not answer. At 3 pm they said they would send someone to fix the outside gas grill that did not work and the fireplace. By 5 when I messaged again they said someone will be there at 5:30. Someone did come fix fireplace and grill but was not able to explain why no other amenities were given. Needless to say the nice bath tub was amazing. The rest of our experience was HORRIBLE!!! Definitely not worth the $414.00 and thinking this would be a romantic honeymoon.

We have stayed in all four of the cabins so we could decide on a favorite. We have stayed in that cabin every year since (except one because it was booked). We have come for our anniversary every year since we got married in 2013. I found it by accident and we decided to give them a shot and feel in love. Peggy and Bob think of everything. We call the cabin our happy place and send all of our friends this way. If you are looking for a break from life and some peace, this is the place to be! It is secluded and peaceful but nit inconvenient. Having a cup of coffee, with a squirrel lol, while watching the sun rise and listening to the creek that runs in front if the cabins is the absolute best. (That squirrel is always coming to visit lol) Can't wait for April to get back to the serenity. It's a little slice of heaven on earth.

We love every minute!

If you are looking for a cabin away from the crowds, this is a great place in the woods. Everything was welcoming and extremely clean. The cabins are well maintained and you have everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing and hearing water running, birds, and the trees rustling.  Had our coffee on the cool mornings in front of the fireplace in the cabin. The cabins feel very cozy and yet spacious. It is a fun drive into Eureka Springs that only takes a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Delightful hidden treasure

We were here for a weekend the end of October.  The cabins are out of town but still close enough to to be convenient.  We were in #2 and our friends were in # 1.  Both were exactly the same.  Our host, Peggy, was very helpful with all of our questions.  We could not have chosen better accommodations.  The cabins are true to the pictures on the website.  They are luxury cabins.   Both cabins were beautiful and very comfortable.  Since our second day in Eureka Springs was cold and rainy, we spent the afternoon watching a  movie and enjoying the cozy fireplace and very comfortable recliner love seat.  The bed was comfy as were the linens.  They are making adjustments for the challenges COVID has brought, but we were very happy with our stay.  One suggestion...if driving in and planning on preparing meals, bring what you need.  The kitchen is furnished but sparsely.  We flew into Tulsa and were only there 3 nights and planned on eating out, so this did not effect us.  If we had wanted to cook, we would have needed the basics..salt, pepper, etc.  All in all, we loved this place and would love to come back in the spring.  The cabins we stayed in were the least secluded, but still “in the woods”.  Loved our stay.

Amazing cabin

Had to change the weekend twice they were very accomodating. Nice place, relaxing and quite. Enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi. Loved the rustic look of the cabin, nice veiw off the deck of the stream that runs by it.

Happy with the service

I stumbled upon Wisteria Lane while searching for a last minute place to stay for our anniversary weekend. I found $20 off per night promo code on their website because I booked for the following weekend. It was very affordable, especially for the quality of the property, amenities, and solitude. They sent very detailed email correspondence with excellent instructions on how to find the property, which is just a short drive outside of downtown Eureka Springs. 
Upon arrival, there was a sweet welcome note outside our cabin. The cabin smelled wonderful, there was soft music playing, & it was absolutely spotless! The cabin is HUGE! The bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled wonderful! The jacuzzi tub was wonderfully spacious & deep! There’s an abundance of hot water. The towels were very large, soft, and also smelled amazing. The bathroom could use better/quieter lighting. The kitchen had anything you needed to cook a meal. There were complimentary muffins, fresh fruit, and orange juice in the fridge for us. There was also coffee & all the things needed to go with it (filters, sugar, etc.), tea, hot cocoa, & popcorn provided. The entrainment system & the gas fire logs were difficult to figure out, even though there were lots of instructions provided. The grounds outside are absolutely gorgeous! There is a peaceful creek with beautiful little waterfalls. We stayed in Cabin #1, Woodland Violets. The creek is about 50-100 yards away, but you can hear it from the porch swing. 
We will definitely be back again!!! 

Heaven! 

We enjoyed another get-away to Wisteria Lane. Just as peaceful & quiet as it always is, which makes our stay so wonderful. Even when the other cabins are occupied, it feels like you are miles away from anyone. The rain falling softly on the skylight was so soothing and restful. Wish we never had to leave.

Once again

We've enjoyed Wisteria Lane Cabins numerous times over the years and once again we were not disappointed with our recent visit. Clean, thoughtful, romantic (wife loves that part), remote and private (I love that part!). Great place with just the right atmosphere. Peggy knows how to make the place exactly what's needed. Can't wait to get back again!

Always the Quiet Getaway We Need...

This was our third visit here at Wisteria Lane. We stayed in the Knights in White Satin cabin each time because we love the privacy, although all the cabins are private and beautiful. Peggy took care of everything  we would need and all my husband and I had to do was rest and enjoy each other's company. We have and will continue to recommend Wisteria Lane to our friends and family. Thanks again, Peggy.
