The room was nasty,they had holes in the walls, the toilet didn’t want to flush, & we ask for towels to shower for the next day but never did get any.

Disappointed

I usually check TripAdvisor before I book lodging, but I was in a hurry to book for my son's basketball tournament.  Where do I start?  First, someone had called the police for what I assume was some disturbance or suspicious activity but based on the environment, there is no telling what kind of illegal activity is transpiring on the property.  When my son, daughter, and I began walking the halls to find our room, the lighting and paint was drab, and it didn't feel safe.  When we made it to the floor for our room, I thought it was a floor that was condemned because it looked dim and uninhabitable.  There was a broom laying on the floor, and there were cable routers hanging above each of the room doors.  I entered the room in front of my children because I honestly didn't know what to expect.  When we surveyed the room, it got worse.  The sink had cardboard covering it with the message "Sink doesn't work.  Do not use" written with a sharpie on it.  Because of the conditions, I quickly checked the closets, the bathrooms, and under the beds to make sure we didn't have any unwanted guests.  When I looked under the bed, there were crackers and trash.  My nine year old daughter said, "We can't stay here."  I agreed, called the office, and the front desk person didn't even protest when I said I needed to check out with a complete refund.  Never again will I book without checking TripAdvisor.

Worst Hotel I've EVER Attempted to Lodge

I am so disappointed in this hotel and the disgusted way they are letting people stay in these infested rooms. Bathrooms were not cleaned rooms had weed and roaches in them...stained sheets curtains and walls 

Worst place I have ever stayed 

When we got to our room they had a note saying the kitchen sink was out of order so we couldn’t use it.. we had no phone or coffee pot towels or soap.. so I called the front desk they told me they had soap and towels there and that I should come get it.. when I book this hotel it said it had all the accommodations but that was totally false. I would never stay there again 

 The room was dirty with hair  on the bed. The floors were stained. Three of the lights didn’t work. Bathroom sink just trickled. Garbage outside in the hall. Coffee maker didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. You’re better off not offering breakfast at all.
