Office people locked everything up and left. They didn't give anyone any warning locked people out of there rooms won't give money back for a week! Left A letter on some people's door telling them to be out by Friday! People are breaking into rooms to get there belongings in because room keys were turned off! It will probably be taken over by homeless people within two day's and the people who was staying will be charged for damages they didn't do. No hot water for 3 days before they left bedding was not changed in the week and a half we was there. Will not stay at a quility inn again or any place that is associated with them because of what happened!

Never stay here!!

This Quality Inn must be struggling. The room was not cleaned well- floor was definitely not vacuumed. Broken or malfunctioning faucet and not a complete repair under sink- toilet paper shoved in the wall. Tub/shower is chipped and dresser drawer and door where mini fridge located was bent/katty wampus. Informed front desk of unclean room when went to ask for one more towel. Was told he would bring one and then he called the room and said we could not have one because he was booked...did not seem to be fully booked unless he meant per a reduced room availability as the parking lot was not full at all. The only saving grace was the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. There were families with children looking to eat. A friend was filling in at the front desk and was very very helpful and wonderful as he restocked the breakfast items enough for the families. Seemed a lot of skimping in the repair, upkeep and operation. I did inform in writing and verbally before I made this review of these issues. We are staying at Choice Hotels on this trip and reviewing. I would recommend someplace else as this place is struggling.

March 2021 AZ Vacation Tombstone/Bisbee Area

We check in very late and the front desk was kind and very quick. The place was clean but the only problems we had were that the fridge in our room was not cold, I believe it was broken because it was plugged in. Also the smoke alarm in the room did not have batteries in it and the panel on it was open, which was a little concerning in case of an emergency. Do have to say overall a nice visit and would probably stay there again. 

Needs a little help

Doesn't even deserve 1 star.  Blood on the sheets, appears that some of the staff lives on site with heavy smoke smell that is NOT cigarettes coming from their rooms.  Screaming throughout the night.  Towels are stained.  Just gross. We were there for a tournament after our block of rooms from the Fairfield were dropped.  Referred to Quality Inn from Fairfield.  Same thing happened to another team but they refused to stay at QI and were lucky enough to get in at the Holiday Inn.  We were not as fortunate.  Do not stay here it should be condemned

Horrible

People who are leaving positive reviews clearly are not versed in hotel stays or only ever stay in garbage motels. 

I knew I made an error when I walked into the lobby.

Firstly, the property has only one entry way. If youre fine with that good for you.

Entire property has an odor to it.

Rooms old ugly green carpet was beyond filthy. Clearly wasnt vaccuumed in over a week. Not one day.Not two. Not three. A week without being vaccuumed. And the room smelled very musty. 

Naturally, I went right back to the desk and requested either a new room to try or I would have to leave.

I was "upgraded" to the "Executive Suite*. Lol! Once again, unclean carpet, stained bedding, hair on toilet. 

I refused to accept staying here, and went to the front desk to cancel, get refunded, and leave.

Every bit of the hotel was old, dumpy, smelly & gross. 

I upped my budget and went to SIERRA SUITES and it was a resort-like PARADISE! Crisis averted!

Stay here if youre a disgusting person who has no concept of what an acceptable hotel is, its perfect for you. Otherwise, don't.

Disgusting

We stayed here on this trip for 18 days. The staff is always friendly and remembered our names form the 7 weeks that we stay from April through November last year. This trip was with our 4 pound dog that was welcomed!  Our room was comfortable and clean. Because of the coved 19 issues, the lobby had to stop serving breakfast. Love getting a USA Today newspaper every day.

We love staying here for husband's business trips.

Summary:  above average inexpensive hotel directly on SR 90; nice room with standard amenities, pool with a hot tub, laundry, and a business center. We had a single king bed in a large room.

Would I stay there again?   Yes.

(My basic 3 of 5 rated hotel room:   comfortable bed; fridge, microwave, & wi-fi; solid shower; good heating / cooling unit; 32”+ flat panel TV with more than 40 channels.)

Sleep Friendliness - 
   Room Darkness:        Good; has typical light blocking pull curtains.
   Bed Comfort:              Good.
   Environment Noise:  Good sound dampening. 

Clean:  Yes.

Customer Service:  Good.

Breakfast:   Very good. Hot food; cereal; bread and pastries. 

Room Look and Feel:  roomy; nice décor with decent wood furniture. Separate bathroom with sink. 

Pluses:  plus size hotel fridge with microwave sized separate compartment freeze; large room; hot tub; laundry; business center.

Miscellaneous: for birders, we saw Gambel’s Quail, Greater Roadrunner, and Black Chinned Hummingbird around the parking lot.

Above Average Inexpensive Hotel

We were here for a weekend break. Staff was helpful and pleasant. It was quiet and not many travelers in the building. No fan in the bathroom. The toilet made the strangest noise when flushed. Not a fantastic bed, considering that's why we come to a motel. Wifi worked just fine. The breakfast was the typical fare.

Clean and Quiet

Arrived late and got a good comfortable room. The breakfast was good as it had eggs so that helped us get moving the next morning. The location was good enough, not bad, not great. I give this one a normal "Quality Inn" rank.

Not a bad Stay

So like most visitors we were there to visit Ft. Huachca.  The online book now price was unbeatable so we did.   When we first pulled up, the front of the hotel is a bit bare, but second thoughts were put aside once we went inside.  The staff is beyond friendly, esp if you are staying more than three nights, only because they get to know you.
Yes, it's an older hotel, but it's so comfortable. We got to have a poolside room with a view of palm trees and mountains.
And because it is a bit older the pool actually has a deep end that I like loved!
 Hot coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7.  Big plus.   And the free breakfast was just as good as any of the other pricier hotels we have stayed at. The business center was convienant and another bonus, the washer and dryer with soap available at the front desk.
 The staff mentioned the owner was going to be remodeling, but hopefully they will keep the trademark brick walls.
 As for getting to the Fort... Super easy drive in ten minutes.   I recommend this highly for military families on a budget looking for a clean comfortable place to stay.
Yes there are hotels closer to the base, but the friendly and helpful staff are the reason we will stay there again.
