Save your time and money by staying elsewhere. Our 2 bd and on bathroom unit had too many things wrong. Bathroom drain clogged twice, in unit Dryer broke, beds and sheets in Master BR ready for garbage, pool was not cleaned or heated for the first 8 days, location in back of a gas station, some people using the parking lot as their toilet.  Sadly 3400.00 disappointment. Locks are not changed between guests.

Rented a Condo for Two Weeks we will not be back

If you make your reservation, as we did, on VRBO.. you'll find that booking charges, cleaning fees , service fees, and taxes will kite your daily rental to over $360 a nite..  the location is good, but the rental borders on scam

Watch Out

I was there for two years in a row because the apartments were excellent and of top quality everything we felt very comfortable and almost everything there the next trip we go we will go to the same place again I recommend it, thank you Miranda!!

A very comfortable place, like home.

Minorga on the Key Villages is taking advantage of customers that have no control over the State of Florida lock down.  No beaches are open, no restaurants are open, Florida is in a State of Emergency and so is the country.....but Minorga on the Key Villages  cannot accept a cancellation.  We are required to shelter in place, we are not to travel, and I cannot cancel a reservation??  Let's be clear, if we were allowed to travel we would, but I would not stay at Minorga on the Key Villages

If I could 0 stars I would

We were two couples and our two teenage boys. We had planned on being here with enough time to enjoy the beautiful beach; however, we got in late and didn't have much time here for anything other than checking in, swimming for the kids a little bit, a comfy nights sleep, and up and out on the road again the next morning.

There is a Circle K convenience store right behind the condo, so that makes it easy for any quick supplies you might need. We found enough here to have dinner.

The condo was clean and maintained nicely. We had two bedrooms (one for each couple). The kids used the pull-out. There was an apartment-style washer and dryer, which we didn't use.There was a decent front room and a stocked kitchen.Beds were comfy. I included lots of pics. Can't complain about anything in the condo. 

The pool was fun for our teens. There were also a couple of tables where we hung out for a bit, had a few beers, and enjoyed the nice weather until dark before we headed up to our condo. 

I unfortunately don't know about beach access  but will definitely look at staying here again if we make it back to this area. I heard the beach in Siesta Key is amazing, so we would absolutely try this area again.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

My friends and I spent a long weekend in a two bedroom, one bathroom condo. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and for a quick walk into the village. The heated pool is small but nice. Also, the smart TV, the free parking, the keypad entry and the washer and dryer were nice amenities. My issues with this place are that the furniture is very worn and old, there are not enough towels (and no true beach towels), the beach chairs are incredibly rusty and they ruined a VERY expensive swimsuit that I bought for the weekend because they got rust all over it, and the checkout time was pretty early (10 AM). However, my biggest complaint is that the bedroom with the queen bed did not have a window or an exit door to the outside. This can’t be up to code, and it would be impossible to escape if there was a fire or other emergency. It freaked me out the entire weekend.

Location location location 

My husband and I had stayed here last year and thought it was a great place so that was the reason for our return. We were very diasappointed this year. We were not able to check in until after 4 when check in is at 3 so we had to go find something to do after traveling all day to get there. Then the floors were so dirty they seemed like they have not been swept for a long time. Crumbs all over the floor that stuck to your feet when walking around the complex. BBQ chips that were at the edge of the master bed which any one cleaning could not miss!!!The rug in the living room is full of food crumbs and is old and curled up so a fall hazard. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The area is great to stay in . I hope this review helps the owners clean this place up because they have a nice area but need to hire good employees and put some money back into the units to fix them up to par.

Disappointed

We stayed at Minorga last month and it was great. The property was exactly what the two of us needed. It was perfectly located walking distance to town and the beach. It was well equipped with everything we needed including bikes and beachchairs. Beachside was so easy to work with and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The girls that we met were super helpful. We will be back for sure and can't wait to travel with larger groups so we can justify renting some of the larger, beachfront properties. Beachside seems to have the full gamet from small apartments to huge luxury homes! We drove around and looked at a few and can't wait to go back.

Beachside Management was awesome!

I was a little nervous after reading other reviews but this place is great! The condo was roomy and clean, very quiet and close to all stores and restaurants. I could walk out the back door and get my coffee as there is a circle K behind the property. Beach chairs and accessories are provided as well as a washer and Dryer. Would definitely rent again.

Alley in the back but close to everything

Beachside Management was really professional. Their Customer service was outstanding (they even gave us directions to avoid a freeway back up. The property was immaculate, better than pictured online and equipped with everything to enhance our stay; beach towels & chairs, bikes, cooler, coffee, hairdryer etc. The pride they take in customer service was second to none.
