Ideal location to the beautiful beach and village for food. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We were offered a wonderful suite and all the gears and towels we’ll need on the beach. Thank you!

Great time

Roberto was amazing! He accommodated my family from London & I from NY. He let me ck in early so I wouldn’t wait in 95 degree weather. Loved my clean rm, 2 mins from the beach. He even had beach chairs.

Clean, cool, pool, beach, 10 mins to dine!

We had such a wonderful time. The Ringling Beach House is one hidden gem. I am so grateful to have found this amazing place. The managers are just so kind, helpful, and available to attend to your needs. You need to bring absolutely nothing but your clothes and toiletries. The beds are comfy, the decor is fresh, the appliances are even top notch. We stayed upstairs facing Beach Road with a huge deck. They provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon. We loved grilling out by the pool. We will absolutely be back to visit. 

The most amazing place in Siesta

Just came home from a wonderful getaway with my girls!  Manager was very helpful and nice.  We stayed in newly redone “clown” unit. Just short walk to beautiful quiet beach.  Short walk to Village with tons of places to eat and shop.  Great location and will be back! 

Great stay 

The resort was clean which made me comfortable. The king bed I had in Elephant was also comfortable. No complaints there. My issue was when I arrived after 6pm there was no envelope for me. The next day, Wednesday, only cleaning crew was there. On Saturday, check-out day, I looked for some help to load my car as i do have some physical issues, no one there. I called there number suggested and left a message on voice mail for someone named Roberto. He called back and said he would be there in 2 minutes because he does not start until 10am. REALLY? I always thought as a manager you should be there earlier. But I guess I'm old school. I ran a business for over 50 years and now retired, what do I know. BUT, this I do know I won't be back and will not recommend because of shoddy management. 

SPACIOUS

Best place to stay in all of Siesta Key. The staff and owner are very friendly and professional. They provided everything we needed to have the perfect stay. Excellent location, acommodations and very, very clean.
Will be back soon.

Best spot in Siesta

The Ringling Beach House was perfect for our getaway to celebrate my husband's 40th with two other couples.  The units are condo style, so we were able to bring in groceries and have some meals there.  The property provided everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, towels, etc.  Roberto the manager was around a lot and very accommodating!  

We've stayed here before and love the location to the beach and town.  This was a kids free trip for us, but it is very kid friendly.  We'll be back!

40th Birthday Trip with 3 Couples

Was very disappointed that after the good reviews that I read before making the reservation was not how it was. I always like to give benefit of doubt that should of paid more attention to bad reviews. 
Looking again at description our room did NOT have new carpet.  Ours was the worst!  So dirty and many large stains. The edges of the carpet were also very dusty from not properly being swept. I tried to sweep myself some but vacuum didn’t even work it just spit out stuff. 
We didn’t have the sheets for the pull out bed we only had a flat sheet and a fitted for a twin. 
We never got the extra towels that he said he would bring half way through. (We ended up doing laundry) 
Oh the shower drain was very slow and that’s gross!

The pool area was the best part I guess and location is ok to walk a short way to the beach or to downtown. 
A dirty place makes me not be able to relax like I deserve on my vacation especially when I own a cleaning company so I hated the room.  People who said this place is clean have low standards or we just maybe got the crappiest room. 
But we survived. LoL 
Would definitely come back to the area for the beach but not here!  I work too hard to waste my money at a place like this again. Hopefully they use the almost 4k we spent for a week to actually clean and change that carpet!!

It worked since couldn’t find anything else

This was a unique and fun place to stay!  The rooms were bright, beachy, clean and quiet.  Lots of clean towels, including pool towels!  We opted to swap rooms with my son to give his family a little more room, and Roberto could not have been more accommodating!
The pool side propane grill was clean and the seating areas perfect for an outdoor family dinner!  Nice walk to the beach--even with little ones!  We would highly recommend!

A great family experience!

The property was as advertised. The location was awesome. Directly across the street from a beach access point. And they provided everything that you could possibly need including beach chairs umbrellas and a cart to take them across the street to the beach. Inside the unit everything was provided as well and the unit was spacious and comfortable. Best of all we really enjoyed the pool area where everything was again provided comfortable chairs, umbrellas in grills for cooking out. The staff was terrific as well. Roberto was friendly and accommodating and truly went out of his way to make sure that we had a great experience.  Will definitely book there again, the next time we visit Siesta key!
