Went with family in 2023 , was fantastic ! But property was in need of many repairs :( 
We are hoping to go back, but would love to see the exterior of the property needs kept up.  Light poles had electrical sticking out, light poles were all falling off their screws, needed cleanliness and maintenance.  Really hoping the management has addressed all the issues and keeps this property looking great ! the location is amazing, nice small complex and very large units are great for families !

Siesta Key Inn - fantastic!

We were fortunate to book a 2 bed/1 bath second floor unit with 1 day notice / we were looking last minute for a spot in this area of Siesta Key - excellent last minute price - came with some beach amenities which was great / loved the unit - nice sized living area, screened in balcony over looking the pool - big kitchen - big bedrooms - laundry in unit - designated parking spot - within close walking distance to the beach entrance - across the street from restaurants and pubs - east walk - could tell there must have been other amenities at this property in prior years but we didn’t miss them - we enjoyed it

Great location, large well furnished units

This property was previously called Siesta Palms by the Beach before it was sold in 2021.  We have stayed here numerous times in the past 12 years and always enjoyed it.  It was privately owned and operated for decades by the same family who prided themselves on providing a beautifully maintained property.  No more!  It is now owned by an investor consortium interested only in short-term (e.g., 4 nights) rentals.  Both exterior and interior maintenance are wanting.  On top of raising the price the new owners will be charging a resort fee for 2023.  That's a laugh since the pool furniture was never cleaned while we were there, plus the resort fee we were quoted was $800 for 3 weeks, and that's on top of the rental fee.

Not What It Used To Be

Being a 10 year plus guest, it’s time to move on. This Point of Rocks establishment has hit the rocks. No more personal hospitality with this former two property ownership. The beach access leads you to nowhere and the surrounding hotels have taken claim to the beach leaving you with no access. The first property closest to the beach was sold last year. The remaining property leaves you further from the beach with no place to hang your chairs and umbrella. Their prize was service and that too is now gone. A new management is now in charge and the terms are unfriendly. It’s time to find a new location in Siesta Key and find better accommodations. Very sad times at this once proud establishment.

The Thrill is gone!

We spend a week at the Inn, May 6-13th, unit #226. This was a two bedroom, two bath, second floor unit. This is a small, privately owned, family ran, boutique hotel consisting, I believe, of two groups of four units. Parking is off street and covered. The location is about two short blocks from the beach, accessible via a quiet street running in front of the property. 

The unit was immaculate and well stocked. The grounds were well groomed and attractive with a small salt water pool.  The staff were very friendly and responsive.

We enjoyed spending time on our screened in lanai listing to the birds and enjoying the greenery.  

We will be staying here again.

Late spring 2021 vacation

This place is Absolutely Amazing! The owners do not miss anything from the pool, to the hot tube, to the beach chairs, to the laundry service, the condo contains everything you will need on a vacation, even a cock screw, and it's a 3 to 4 minute walk to Key beach.  Plus it's Very Quite too!

This is Very Close to Paradise! Owners Do Not Miss Anything!

My parents stayed here and raved about how wonderful the property is, how great the location is, and how friendly and accommodating the owners are. They said it was the best place they stayed during a 3 week road trip in multiple cities! I live in LA and wanted to surprise my parents with a perishable gift box for a holiday during their stay and Linda and Mary Ann were so friendly and helpful (by email and phone) in helping the surprise go smoothly. I now only hope my husband, daughter, and I can join my parents on their next vacation at the Siesta Key Inn!

Amazing Service!

It became clear after our first stay that we would return to the Siesta Key Inn.  Now, after our 6th vacation there, I realize there is no other place I'd like to be especially during the months of February - April.  The Inn, one hundred yards from the beach and little more than that to restaurants and shops, easily and conveniently allows you to plan or not plan your day.  Personally, I prefer the mere steps to the secluded pool.  Thanks to the friendly accommodations provided by Mary Ann, Mike, and Linda; we look forward to our next stay.

No Place I'd Rather Be!

From the moment we arrived and met Linda, to day we left, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and well maintained. We were located 100 yards to a beautiful beach. The Inn provided us with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and a wagon to transport to the beach. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and clean. Our surroundings were safe and quiet. The Koch Family were awesome. I would stay here again.

Excellent Place to stay

Linda and Mary Ann were so helpful and wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and more! Great location.  
 Easy walk to the beach.  They provide everything from beach chairs to pool towels!! They are experts in hospitality and make you feel like family!  Perfect vacation and beautiful accommodations!  We would love to come back soon! Thank you!
