Well first off the Shower head was broken so poor water stream because it sprayed everywhere , the linen was dirty had stains or someone sat on it that was dirty, and fire alarm flashed all night which looked like a strobe light going off constantly I doubt I will go back

Don't think I will go back

Deborah the receptionist was rude and had the worst attitude , she Made threats like “don’t rush me bc I have the key to your room and can go in anytime” , “I will cancel your reservation and act like you never booked it”. She was the rudest , most ghetto, and unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever encountered . While our stay there within an hour the fire dept came bc of a stove fire and the hotel didn’t evacuate anyone. These rooms are non smoking and the room I was in heavily filled with cigarette smell. I requested another room and she refused. Unpleasant atmosphere and service.

One star hotel

Need to hear  from the Manager of Wood Springs Suites in Simpsonville. A dispute is in process through Booking .com and we were informed that Wood Springs is unresponsive. This is unacceptable.  Full  refund  requested.

Over Night Stay

Reviews don't mean anything anymore! We arrived at the hotel and it looked okay from the outside. We went to check in and the room they were giving us was a smoking room and I had reserved a non-smoking. No problem gave us a room on the first floor. We checked in, they handed us our very thin towels. Went to the room and it was AWFUL! Our shoes stuck to the floor. The little kitchen area looked like someone had burned the wall. No way I would have been comfortable staying there. We left!

Worst place ever

There was a woman in the lobby nodding off on heroin while we were checking in. The children who live there were getting home from school. I got asked if I had any heroin to sell while riding the elevator up to the room. 

This place is VERY SCARY and should be avoided at all costs.

Terrifying Place

Other than the location there isn’t much good about this hotel. The wifi is advertised as free however it’s only free for one device and only for checking emails or surfing the web. The room was booked for two people and both of us are unable to use the wifi. We weren’t even here for four hours and the fire alarm started going off and we had another guest inform us that it happens very often. If it wasn’t for having the stove top I would definitely go to another hotel but for a three week stay I want to be able to cook real food.

Don’t Do It

I have been staying at the WoodSpring Suites since mid-January.  I have a very comfortable room, laundry is right downstairs, and everything you can ever need is a few  minutes drive away.  My neighbors are very friendly. The best part of staying here is the staff!  Everyone is so kind and they are willing to help you the second you need it.  Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure I feel easy, and I really do. I feel like they really care, and that is a wonderful thing (particularly for me in these past months)!   I appreciate the care and support from these amazing people more than they will ever understand.  I recommend the WoodSpring Suites for a few nights to a few weeks to a few months:)

Terrible! Payed for 2 nights at noon, was told to come back at 3:00. We came after family event was over to check in later that evening. Went to our room and walked in to see food all over counters, no sheets on beds with urine stains all over them smelled so bad we had our nose, I cannot even describe the bathroom. I about died. Walked down to desk and had a tantrum, front desk lady came to look at the room and walked out of it instantly apologizing.  I was on vacation for family graduation so not only when we got back downstairs I was told there were no other rooms available, I payed 175.00 dollars on my debit card and asked for cash and was told no.  I couldn't afford another 175.00 again.  Will be looking for a refund within a few days from this disgusting,filthy, full of drug addicts place and wouldn't pay someone to ever stay here.

Nasty

My husband and I where looking for an affordable stay for a week as we went down to visit family, let me say I wasn't at all disappointed from my first encounter with the desk clerk Vergeree she was so friendly, energetic and informative during our check-in.  The room was clean and smelled fresh, the beds are a bit small and uncomfortable but it's suitable for the price point. The location was quite and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

Hospitality at its Finest

Great place to stay. Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms. David and Antonio are the best. Also very pet friendly. Guests are really good about keeping up with their pets and cleaning up after them. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
