Stayed here rather than press on through Tropical Storm Irma this week. Very pleased with the room - clean, neat, comfortable. The amenities in the room included ironing board, iron, coffee maker and coffee, small microwave and hotel room-sized fridge. There was a huge TV on the wall, with DISH service. Due to the storm not all stations were working, and actually, before 11:00 pm the entire town went dark. No power by the time I left at 8:30 the next morning. Very glad I had not pressed on through the mountains, and this Inn was a pleasant find. I'd gladly stay there again.

When we first pulled in and rode through the property, my son and I debated about staying, but it was dark, we had been on the road for hours so we were tired and had a busy day the next day.  We took a chance and it turned out to be a good experience.  It's obvious that the owners care about their guests based on the cleanliness of the rooms. Our room had two beds with beautiful, thick and cozy blankets and comforters a deep red shade, a HUGE tv, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a little table with chairs, an ironing board, a little hanging area for clothes and plenty of room to move around.  The bathroom was very clean, cleaner than several more expensive hotels I have stayed at.   No sign of any bugs of any kind.  No musty smells....a nice, clean room with a pleasant smell and a pleasant look.    I did lock myself out of the room (something I am always doing) and was quickly let in.

We chose to stay in small town Westminster for the solar eclipse Aug 2017 to stay out of crowds and big events - it was a success! Very quiet town with this one little motel which turned out to be cheap, clean and friendly. Room equiped with the basics and everything in order. Good bed. There is a breakfast restaurant with large menu nearby. Also several options for dinner in town.

We were traveling through the area on our motorcycle and needed a room for the night to avoid some impending weather.  The hotel is older and looked like it needed some upgrades, but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.  The price was excellent and we ended up there for two nights while we waited out the weather.  There are places to eat in Westminster and a grocery store for supplies for breakfast as none is offered at the motel.  The equipment in the room worked fine for us.  Wifi was great.

Only choice that turned out fine

The motel staff were polite, booking was easy, however, the other motel guests were questionable. There were a few just hanging around in the parking lot, watching everyone come in and out. Also, at about three in the morning, there was a prostitute next door who wasn`t there earlier in the day.  Any law enforcement reading this, please DO something about this motel. They (the prostitutes) come Fridays and/or Saturdays.  I called Westminster police to look into it. Nothing was done aside from a knock at the door, and the officer asking the woman if she was "alright." She said yes. They left. Her "customers" (yes, there were more than one) were really careful to hide themselves and slipped out sometime around 6 AM.
