My mom, my fiance and I had to rent a room for a couple of days and this place was great. The staff Hannah and Meva were super helpful and courteous! They had great personalities. This was absolutely a good place to stay. I will stay there anytime I’m in the area.

Amazing staff

Rooms are clean. Halls clean. Parking lot clean and free. No carpet in room. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. Great water pressure and AC. Felt safe. Attentive staff. Good housekeeping. Close to restaurants. 

Just Book The Room!

Straight garbage very unsatisfied I'm reporting this place to the BBB place look like a prostitution where house broken side doors anyone could come in that place service terrible room half cleaned unprofessional staff SHUT IT DOWN AND START OVER IT was ridiculous

Trifling hot mess a 40$ room type place this place needs to be remodeled restaffed and cleaned up,,not worth what I paid

Came out to visit my family as  well as an opportunity for a job interview planned on staying one night and ended up staying two nights grate staff good private location will recommend I will absolutely come back



Great spot to rest

I’m a truck driver company paid for me to stay there the asked for my card and told me I wouldn’t be charged the next day 55 dollars was took out my account they told me it would go back on needless to say the young lady who works there keeps hanging up on me and will not pick up my phone calls. DO NOT STAY HERE STAY AWAY. All kinds of drug activity and people walking around and they steal STAY FAR AWAY

Worst hotel ever

They promised breakfast. They promise coffee machine in rooom. They take big payments. But when you go there, you find out no breakfast at all. Room has coffee machine but no coffee, They only provide decaf packets. This is ridiculously bad experience and lies from owner 

Terrible customer service and speaking lies

You may want to check the electrical outlets -many of the ones I tried didn't work.  Also, you may want to call to see if they are truly serving breakfast in the morning (if that makes a difference to you) The website advertises breakfast but when I arrived there was a sign saying they weren't serving breakfast.  It seemed like a pricey stay for the troubles I had like the outside door not locking so there were some people yelling in the hallway at night.

Wyndham not serious about customer satisfaction

They have roaches and a lot of them. They have the ac low so that roaches won't come out as much 😩 tried to get a refund they go around saying there are no managers 😒 and that way they get around giving you a refund. There dirty, no customer service skills, just nasty. Food in the hall ways, moldy smell, they don't clean there sheets. Pick anywhere else 😒 to go because their infected with roaches.

Found this as the only open hotel between South Bend and chicago that wasn’t $350/night late at night.  Should have bailed.  Sketchy couple vaping at entrance when we arrived.  Check I was fine, quick.  Stayed on The second floor which smelled of marajuana, and a man across the hall was speaking very loudly, spewing profanities.    Room was clean, but dated.  Worked in a pinch, but had we looked into South Holland a bit more, we would’ve kept on driving….
