Night staff was very nice. Morning staff is the most unprofessional group I have ever experienced during my travels. Lady manager was clearly on drugs and not making sense. Dirty rooms, nothing wiped down, cobwebs in the corners, wouldn’t use the shower if you paid me. We were booked through the weekend but found a much better hotel right down the road after one night there. Skip this place if you can. 

Trap Hotel

I hate getting hotels at a different state because I had a bad experience not once but twice. So Super8 is one of the old hotels chains and I was a little skeptical. But to my surprise this particular Super8 was above and beyond. From the front counter desk, to the hall ways and into my room. The friendly smiles that great you, and counter window was clean and welcoming, smell like homie air freshness and my room was the greatest surprise. It was clean, bathroom was so clean, bed was comfortable and soft and I had WiFi with Cable. How is that for a 5 star view. I love this location.

Amazing Experience

My stay was absolutely perfect. They staff were amazing. My room was great. The pool was open and clean for my family to enjoy. Breakfast was hot and ready. Ten out of ten recommend. We will definitely be back to stay.

Perfect


This was the most disgusting motel.  I have many pictures of the  filth and mold in the room. If we had not drove 16 hours and it was not getting dark we would have NEVER stayed here.  Since it was a Wyndham approved motel I assumed it would be ok.   This motel needs to be reported to Missouri Health and Environment.  

Horrible

I especially appreciate the clean rooms (We had two separate rooms-As someone in the industry, I was impressed!! Even the vents, ptac filters, & tops of the fridge were spotless!! The housekeeping staff really deserve acknowledgment!) ALL staff were fantastic, but the 7-3 (Breakfast shift with a small bun? Sorry we forgot the name!) fella stood out in the crowd. He assisted with our bathtub/ mechanical issues & his patience with some not-so-considerate guests made his true efforts shine. We'd love to return to this property for our next visit to the Maryland Heights area for affordable & comfortable lodging!

Entrance to the lot, from the lobby is difficult. Perhaps some rezoning for the luggage racks to properly exit? 

Breakfast options could improve.

(Not that I am a smoker, but a smoking area with seating like a gazebo or something would be lovely so the guests aren't all sitting to the right of the entrance.)

Affordable, Safe, CLEAN. 

The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable especially the pillows. The indoor pool is nice and warm being winter outside. Breakfast was ok, could use more choices. Overall I had a good experience.

Great Value

  Super Eight in St Charles is the place to kick off your shoes and relax after a long ride there. I enjoy the ease of check in and check out, the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff. The location is great for us since we were visiting Lindenwood University and the area. Everything was right. for us. 

Comfy Place

I didn't have high expectations of this place from the outside, the lobby, or the halls. But the small room was nice, clean, WiFi worked.  The motel is older, a bit worn, with friendly desk staff.  Was able to check in a little early.  You get the feeling that maybe some people live there and you might not feel safe, but had no problems during my one night stay.

Older but ok

This place was pricy for what was offered, but maybe that's because it's almost in St Louis. However, the room was very clean and in good repair, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and all staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok--better than I'm used to at a Super 8. It had scrambled eggs that tasted like reconstituted powder, but the sausage gravy and biscuits were good, and there were 2 cereals and some prepackaged cinnamon buns. Coffee and juice we're also provided. 

Clean and Adequate

When we arrived the room and sheets on the bed we were given smelled like vomit. We were told there were no other rooms available and to just open the window. We asked for a refund as we were going to leave because the smell was too much and we did not want to sleep with our infant in sheets smelling like vomit. When we asked for a refund, we were then told they could move us rooms and they did not issue refunds. We had already booked somewhere else. The man at the front desk was very rude and watched us outside as we unloaded our luggage from our car the whole time as well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
