This is a safety concern. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Shoes were sticking to the floor. There was black mold in the shower curtain. These were minimum issues compared to the urine and pubic hair on the toilet. The sheets weren’t changed from prior guests. It’s absolutely awful. We reported them to the health department as this is not safe. Pillows were brown. Sheets were dirty from previous guests. 

We left the next morning at 5am 2 days prior than planned.

Disgusting dirty rooms!

The bed is super comfortable, room comes with a full kitchen, stove, microwave, full size fridge, bedroom and living room area with DirecTV, there's also an indoor pool and jacuzzi to have fun and whether it's rain or shine. We love it so much it's the only hotel we stay at when we come to St George. The staff is always kind and they take such good care of us! Again I wouldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

Our favorite hotel to stay at

I had a can of Dasani water by my clothing at the pool. A motel worker made me get out of the pool and throw it away. she kept saying  "It's clearly posted that you're not allowed to drink  at the pool." Thinking she thought it was alcohol I tried to explain it was water. "She just kept saying you're not allowed to drink at the pool"  She also kept insisting that I can't smoke. I don't smoke, nor did I have any cigarettes or vapes poolside. 
Thinking this was a misunderstanding and talked to management  Her response was to raise her voice at me claiming that "No water allowed is clearly marked at the door when you walk in, and accused me of blatantly breaking the rules." Aside from being yelled at over a misunderstanding The reason I'm upset is it also clearly says "No diving." The employee who made me throw away my water was not only letting her small daughter dive into the pool she was throwing her into the shallow water. The rules posted only say No beverages in glass containers, not no beverages period There are several no-diving signs all around the pool. I guess the employees can pick and choose what rules to enforce. none of this should have escalated at all.

We liked the kitchenette because of big fridge and sink but the shower squeaked and the light was broken. We had to call multiple times to get them to fix the cable on TV.  The waffles were good though.

They were nice but an older more run down place.

My friend and I were coming up from Vegas, and we noticed this motel was about the same price as Motel 6 in St. George. Check-in was excellent, and the room (212) was very well done as I liked the studio look to it. Sleeping was excellent. However, when I was checking out, the owner told me there was an odd smell in the room--my friend never smoked inside the room or outside as we were very tired! When I tried to explain to her that there was no smell, she told me to never come back again! This type of customer service is unacceptable. She never told me what type of smell it was, or did not attempt to understand the issue. She was attempting to charge us more money for an odd smell that never existed!

Told to Never Come Back Again!

Big room. Kitchen. Microwave, Fridge, dining table everything. The lady at the front desk was very polite and nice. Not too far from Zion National Park (Around 30 miles). Free breakfast in the morning. Indoor Swimming pool.

Excellent experience

We spent 50 bucks a night. We questioned extra amenities that we assumed were there we were told to go to CVS. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator and there is a stove and oven. But bring your own everything else. When we asked about dish soap they said the previous tenants have stolen it so they stop replacing it. My friend said that was f****** ridiculous. The owner knocked on our door later. He had no mask on and holding a large screwdriver like you would a knife. And asked to see the friend that yelled in the lobby. The verb al altercation lasted a couple minutes. I was in fear that they would ask us to leave the hotel. He told me we could stay for the nights we paid for. He said we shouldn't expect much for a bargain hotel. We paid 50 bucks a night but this hotel can run up to $200 a night. That is a rip off.
I have stayed at extended stays and hotels with kitchens and have never had the lack of supplies that I've seen in this hotel. If that's what you're looking for, keep looking.

Don't come here

I was originally excited about this place. It was inexpensive, and had a kitchenette. Well, it turns out, their definition of a "fully stocked kitchenette" does not contain any silverware, cooking implements, or dishware. If I had known I would need to bring that all myself, I would have either found another place to stay, or packed my stuff with me. 

I was very upset by what I felt like was misleading advertising and when I asked the front desk and asked for dish soap to at least wash some of the things we did bring with us, we were told to purchase some at Walgreens. I, honestly, a bit rudely vented my frustrations that we didn't even have cups in our room, and this all felt very misleading, and was told by the hotel staff "We never advertised we have pots and pans. You have to bring your own." Don't say you don't have a fully stocked kitchenette if you don't. 

Then, the manager came to our room with a screwdriver in his hand, and yelled at me for insulting his wife (I didn't). He then harrassed me and my friend. We felt very upset, and unsafe. It was honestly a terrible experience. The manager gaslit us, making us feel like we were crazy for expecting to have dishware, and just kept saying that "The website never said we provided bowls etc. You have to bring all your own stuff."

I knew this place wasn't going to be amazing based on the price. All I was expecting was a clean place to sleep, and a way to make some simple meals. Apparently, that was too much.

Stay anywhere else!

This was quite possibly the most disgusting hotel at which we have ever stayed. From the dingy hallways to the dirty rooms, the entire hotel was nasty. We stayed in one of their "condo" units. From the front door throughout the room, everything was dirty.  The couch was stained and ripped. The floors were covered in old food. I found mouse droppings under the sink and in the cabinets. The bedrooms looked like something out of a bad horror movie. Beds were crammed into spaces where they had minimal room. The housekeeping here was a joke, at best. We had to clean the hair and grime out of the sinks. There was no air flow through the rooms, so they smelled as bad as they looked.   The staff was no better. They didn't care about any of the problems.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Make a U-turn and stay somewhere else!

What a joke! I came to St George from out of town to see my 5 grandchildren. I spent $208.00 for this room. We had planned on all of us getting together and swimming for the one night we were going to have together.. My grandchildren came down to spend the evening and brought their suits. When I went to the office to get pool towels, I was told by a very rude man that I could use the towels in my room. When I told him I needed more, he wanted to know how many. When I told him I needed towels for my grandchildren, He abruptly said that the pool was for registered guests only. That my grandchildren were not allowed to swim.  Since when? I'm a registered guest, paying high dollar only to have our family evening ruined by someone who has no family values, obviously.
The TV didn't work, the bathroom sink was clogged and the microwave had a big long hair in it. I don't think these people know what clean is. Also, they know nothing about customer service nor do they care. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
