Great, small unit that worked well for our family. 
The only negative comment is that the shades are 'see through' from outside the unit, which prohibits privacy.  
The unit was well stocked with dishes and such.  
For a 4 night stay, only one set of shampoo, lotion, etc.
On the bus line to the ski area and to the grocery store/Walmart.
Pool and hot tubs were nice. 

Rocky's Condos 2302

These condos are in a great location and we love it. However— they need to get a new shuttle service. RETREATIA handle their evening shuttles and you are required to make a reservation to be picked up. We’ve done that, but twice they never bothered to pick us up and I have the confirmation showing the reservation and time. Furthermore—/ there’s no way to contact them if they don’t show up. This last time we rode the public nuts to the gondola and walked home on the dark (and I feel on the ice).

Great condos— poor shuttle service

Stayed in 2203 for 5 nights. Comfortable condo, well stocked kitchen, very clean. When we had trouble operating the fireplace, help was given quickly. Free city bus nearby and punctual. Evening shuttle easy to use. Recreation center very inviting (ping pong, fireplace, treadmill,elliptical,tables for games, a changing room). Great experience!!

Economical ski vacation- 

Beautifully furnished condo #2227. Everything we needed. Nice pool area with 2 hot tubs and fire pit area.  Beautifully maintained grounds. We will definitely be back. Had BBQ area with utensils available to everyone. Enjoyed the balcony view every morning with my coffee.

Rockies #2227 - wonderful!

I’ve stayed at these condos twice, once years ago during ski season and recently in summer.  Second visit in summer the unit was in much better shape, better upgrades and overall better condition.  Bottom line the units are really small and it’s best to stay here if you have lots of activities planned elsewhere in Steamboat.  Our unit this time was very clean, the building was quiet and the owners were helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything.  Decent value for the price.

Unit condition depends on owners

The pull out sofa did not have sheets. The blankets were old. The refrigerator and freezer
did not keep our food cold or frozen. The sofa had big orange streaks on it. The kitchen faucet leaked on the counter and the oven did not cook correctly.  The shower does not have a grab bar and is very slippery. The community hot tubs and pool were nice. This is definitely not a ski in/out.

Refrigerator didn't work, couch stained

We stayed with friends.  When we opened the hide a bed the sheets were dirty.  The extra blankets smelled bad and we're not clean.  We had to call three times and all we got was a full sixe fitted sheet and a king size top sheet.  No pillow cases and no blankets.  And no offer to bring them. 
The customer service line was staffed with RUDE young girls.  
The best part was the hand towel I was using, it fell and when I picked it up it was unwashed and the inside was stained with blood-see photo.
The day we were leaving a women came to the door and wanted us to give her our trash several hours before check out.  She was very rude.
Even though we had a business card that said shuttle service 8 am to 11pm it really only ran from 6pm to 11pm.
This is NOT ski in-ski out unless you can ski up hill about a 1/2 mile and cross serveral streets.
Poorly run property, very disappointed.  Will not use any properties run by this company.
