While I enjoyed my time here and I loved the location, there are issues that need to be addressed by management, i.e. speeding t/o, allowing loud music and screaming/yelling in the middle of the night and, finally, the size of some of the sites are extremely small compared to being a seasonal inn which the sites seem to be 2-3 sites combined to make one.

Management Needs to Address Some Issues

The staff was nice, however, we were told the site that we picked was a quiet block however, the person next to use was doing construction all weekend. Which sucked! :( I felt like I was in Center City Philadelphia, 

Our Labor Day Stay

Overall campground was nice and people were friendly. Perfect vacation location as it is close to Cape May and Wildwood. 

Rented a cabin and not happy with the interior. Couch had a hole in it and was peeling everywhere. Lost had not been cleaned, dirt and hair everywhere. 
Bedroom had a thin queen size mattress of a full bed frame. 
For the price paid, not the expected quality. 

Cabin not as expected

We loved our trip to Sea Pines. The pool and lake were both really nice. Activities for the kids ( although we didn’t have any kids with us) The bathrooms were clean ( exception of the one by the camp store. We enjoyed that it was close to the beaches although we enjoyed Avalon the most. Staff were friendly and helped us navigate what to do to extend our stay and it worked!

Great place to stay close to beaches

Great week for the price and close to the beach.  The facility was in better shape than previous years.  We stayed @ Lake and Shore last year and the cabins were no where as nice as the one we stayed in this year (#158)… is there a way to request that cabin each time?

Loved Our Cabin

Great campground. Staff are very polite and friendly. There is a lake for fishing and swimming. The pool area has a nice size pool and a splash pad for the kids, which is pretty cool.  The store Is well stocked. They have plenty of activities for kids and adults. The maintenance guys keeps the park looking good. There’s plenty of security. The manager Sharon does everything possible to make your stay unforgettable. Avalon is only 10 minutes, Ocean City and Wildwood 20 minutes, and Cape May is about a 1/2 hour. Plus there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Great vacation spot

See previous comments regarding pig roast site and amount of ridiculous noise emanating from it.   Staff contacted multiple times with no resolution.   Just hopes they’d be quite next night - they weren’t.

No staff control of partying that occurred until 5am.  No staff control of the late night golf carts racing all over the property.  Suspected staff attendance of the parties explaining why they were allowed to disrupt the whole of the rest of the campground (quiet time, what quiet time?).  It is impossible to believe the staff didn't know if they were on the property let alone doing any kind of rounds to check folks were safe.

No longer a campground but a all night party of drunk loud mouths

Will not be coming back. Too expensive. No linens, cabin was filthy, mattress was thin, no free cable or Wi-Fi. Better off staying at a cheap motel with free cable, Wi-Fi and linens. I only stay here for the 3 days 2 nights cause of the seminal which i was told that you get 3 days 2 nights free, they did not send me the fine prints till after I listen to their pitch for over 90 mins. My advice is not to do it, SCAM.

Cabin Trip

We came camping to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday. The campground worked great for everyone and was located perfectly for our adventures. The sites were a great size and the cabin was ok. The bathrooms need some updates. We had an over all great time
