This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient. It's okay for a one or two-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for any longer than that. It didn't have any extras. There were two very small bars of soap and a half-used container of shampoo. We didn't partake in the free breakfast but the coffee was good.

Okay for one night

Not a nice to stay at all. Dirty rooms that smell. Carpet is a mess. Staff was rude and was told if I didn’t like their hotel to go buy my own. Me and my staff will never stay at this location again. Definitely stay away from this place. 

STAYER BE WARE!!!!

Staff was pleasant, and room/bed/bath were mostly OK, but those are the only positives (the photos look nice but do not tell the real story). Walk in and you'll experience what others have said: lobby, stairwell (no elevator) and hallways reek of cigarette smoke and worse; carpets stained/dirty/musty throughout. We understand a "light breakfast" but... there was a 1/3 filled gallon of milk in the fridge. Does a plastic jug for general use even pass Health Dept regs? We scrounged up a paper bowl of cereal/milk/overripe banana only to find the milk was ... wait for it... badly spoiled. Coffee + OJ were undrinkable - almost no color or taste. The rest of "breakfast" consisted of yogurt and a basket of items like powdered mini-donuts and instant oatmeal packets. Please - do a decent job with "light breakfast" or - just don't offer one. There was no one to report the milk to at the front desk (we stopped by 3x but no one there) - and didn't want to ring bell for that. Eating area stank too much, so we ate in room - only slightly less stale air there. Nothing had a clean smell. Mattress leaned to one side when sleeping on it. Outside landscaping badly needed attention. All this gave an impression of general neglect.  Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Neglect, odor and spoiled milk

The bed and bathroom were clean. The lobby was neat. The carpets everywhere are old and dirty. They smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The coffee was very weak, almost not drinkable. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Functional but dated

I spent a night here on a business trip in Springfield area. Rooms were good size and mostly clean; bed was comfortable. Breakfast bar was a little better than comparably priced hotels, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, oatmeal and some pastries. Rooms had refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. But there were no amenities in the room like soap and shampoo. My room had only 2 washcloths and one very ragged and stained bath towel, no hand towel or bath mat. Hotel is a little noisy because of proximity to interstate. There is a mexican restaurant next door and fast food across the highway.

Disappointing room quality

Coffee and OJ were actually watered down and tasteless. No hot food. No protein. It was a joke to even refer to what was offered as "breakfast". Accessible room really wasn't as shower was in bathtub rather than being walk-in or wheel-in.

Breakfast was a joke

Me, my husband, and my two month old daughter are moving and we needed a break from being in the car and needed to get rest so we stopped there and got a room. Once we walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes really bad, it looked like there was blood stains on the floor, the bed, the walls, the ceiling, and the lamp. My husband was checking the room and he found a pubic hair on the toilet and neither of us used the bathroom, and he also found a dead bug on the floor. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you need to get some rest.

Do not stay here

We had trouble finding the place (partly cuz we were tired and sun was in our eyes). The sign off the main drag was small and we missed it several time. Google maps had to lead us there. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was on second floor (no elevator) but we are in good shape and was no problem for us. When we opened the door to room, there was a smell - not sure what it was - Cleaning product? Perfume?? Weed?? We turned on the vent in bathroom and it cleared out. Room looked recently painted and many of bathroom fixtures had been replaced. We slept well. Breakfast was slim but had some basics.

It was OK....

This motel did not live up to the pictures and ratings on Trip Advisor.  The price was right but.  Keys to room didn't work consistently.  One of the two keys never worked.  Bathroom was tiny.  Breakfast was OK but not many choices.  Don't think Super 8 will be one of my choices anymore especially this one.

Rating untrue

The room next to me was leaking water into my room. It stunk horribly, and the floor was wet. They refunded me, and the staff was great. Had a small cold served  breakfast which was fine. Beds were decent.
