Very nice owner. Rooms nothing fancy but they’re quirky and cool. Shower is awesome. We booked a king room and we’re initially sent to a room with two doubles but the manager quickly fixed that.
Place was clean and the price was very reasonable.

Nice stay

Your basic motel with some nice added touches, such as bottled water and a large walk in shower. The host went out of his way for us, even carrying our bags. He could not have been kinder. We had a decent night sleep at a good price. Other area hotels and motels were twice the cost of the Hamilton Inn. The room and bedding and bath were clean, so please don't go by the old reviews on Trip Advisor; it's obviously under new management. 

Nice for the price and superb owner

Stayed for 2 nights and all the staff wore PPE. The staff was great. Very polite. The rooms were nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. The only so so thing was that there was only allowed to be 4 people in the pool at a time because of covid but we understood.

Great place to stay

Rooms are fairly large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom has nice shower. Beds are comfortable. They did a nice job of updating the rooms and the owner is very helpful. Would stay here again. Also close by and just a few miles from 90.

Very clean and nice staff

Very pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was! Owners told me they just had them all redone. Decor was very hip and modern. Shower was awesome! Loved that room included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and table with chairs. Very convenient. Also a nice touch to find a bottled water and mints left for you after traveling. Very thoughtful of them.

Staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. Will definitely be back next year! Thank you!

Great Hidden Gem!

The owner here is super nice! He helps you out with anything out need help with. He walks you to your room and checks the key before giving it to you. The rooms are clean and well kept. The bathroom is super nice, and had many cool features. My experience was amazing and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!!!!

Way better than I expected!

The shower was amazing! The Bathroom and room were recently remodeled. Air conditioned worked well. The room was clean and the price was great. Location was very good. Close to nearby activities. Owner was friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel!

The owners charged $180 for the night and as far as we could tell the rate should have been $20 per hour including a bottle of lysol, a can of bug spray and a snuggy at check in. 

Do not be fooled by a few photos online. The first problem we encountered was the door did not shut properly. The space was enough to allow bugs, mice and snakes entry should they choose to brave the mold and mildew smell that permeated everything within the room itself. 

Some surfaces such as the bathroom tile were updated however, they put the old drains and fixtures back in so you have ok tile with pitted old fixtures. The same with light switches, new face plates but left old switches that didn't fit through the face plate right and were full of something brown.

Our only source of heat was a small but fiery space heater set on top of the existing wall heater. The heater would either cause a fire or be a total waste as whatever heat it was producing would immediately be sucked out through the inch wide gap encircling our door.

My daughter pulled back the bedcover and in addition to the human hairs on the sheets there appeared to be a black grit or spotting around the mattress seam which was clearly old. All of this took us about 15 minutes to discover.

We requested a refund and were put through to a Mr. Patel who said they didn't provide refunds, he even said he just didn't care. So my daughter and I left and drove back home giving up the overnight in favor of a safe nights sleep elsewhere.

Disappointed and disgusted - What a Dump

While the decor of the room really tries to convince you it's not a Motel 6, the reality is sadly it's not even a Motel 5. The motel wifi signal did not reach my room despite the fact I could see the main office from my window. When I tried to call the front desk about it I found the phone in my room didn't even have a phone cord, so I had no way to contact them. When I went to shower, I discovered the very fancy multi-head shower offered less than a trickle when turned to hot water - completely useless! When I got fed up with the place and went elsewhere to spend the night I discovered the door to my room didn't even lock. There was no way to secure my belongings or my person overnight. If you're a woman staying alone DO NOT stay here.

When I confronted the owner about these problems he admitted he was unaware of the conditions of the room, but somehow tried to make that my fault and refused a refund. He instead complained that the sheets and towels were left dirty. 

I travel a lot, and love a good bargain. I don't mind when a room is old or small. But when you can't lock the door or take a shower, I draw the line. I won't ever stay here again, and I recommend you spare yourself the unpleasant lesson too.

Unacceptable, even at the price

Stayed overnight while visiting Sturbridge village. Close to the Sturbridge village and shops. Our room was clean and big. Owners are very friendly and considerate. We still remember the taste of ‘homemade’ tea. It was wonderful and memorable time. I would stay there again.
